Nice machine. Great value. The OLED is pretty cool. Love being able to flip the screen into a tablet also. Only drawback it that it doesn't have connectivity. This unit is entirely dependent on WiFi

The dell is a very good computer for those who want a simple computer that has the power to do alot. You can game you can use Microsoft office. Basically a business and personal computer.

Very nice computer! Have always liked the Dell brand and this one doesn't disappoint. Haven't used a lot yet because I am downloading info from my other computer that this will replace. Looking forward to getting everything up and running!

This is a great looking and great performing laptop. Would have given it 5 stars but I keep getting the blue Windows Crashed screen, and haven't been able to resolve the issue yet.

I love this laptop computer. The best part is I have it set up so it will log me in via my face, this way the Grandkids cannot open it up and play on it. I do miss the 10 key pad but overall, a great laptop.

I have used HP laptops for years. Geek Squad said this Dell had all the same options but at a lower price. After a few weeks of using I agree, it works very well. Thanks Geek Squad!!

Needed new computer and I wanted a laptop, always had a tower. I purchased a Dell and so far I like it. Thank you Best Buy for transferring my information from one to the other. Great help from them.

Every time I ever had a question, Best buy was quick to give me an answer. They are great to deal with which means a lot to me. I'm not computer savvy, but they take the time to help.

I had my Dad buy this laptop for himself and he is loving it so far. The 360 hinge is perfect for when he watches on the bed so it doesn't get choked by the blankets

This computer fits my needs but I've had to restart it multiple times since receiving it due to issues with Bluetooth and Brightness settings suddenly disappearing at random....

At first, I did not like this computer. Dell was not like HP. It was rather hard to get use to. Now, I like it. But I sometimes get frustrated at it.

Great laptop, bought 2 of these ones for my family and we all love it.

The phone works perfectly well, but having problem up my the camera. It seems the Camera of my samsung altra S22 is better that Samsung Altra S24

I have been quite pleased with this decision so far. I have used it at home, work and on the road so I can have access to the things I do daily wherever I am.

Great balance of price and performance, love the 4K bright screen, but that can affect battery a bit, but my laptop is plugged in the majority of the time on my desk

Fast, easy to use, great bright display, everything you would ever need in a laptop. Keyboard could be better but I am picky. 100% recommend it and bought another one for my wife.

This laptop is garbage. It has an update every other time I open it. I've only had it for 4 months and it's had at least 3 firmware updates. The styles is cool when it wants to work, however it frequently loses connection and lags out with the laptop. I tried turning on the laptop today and spent 4 minutes repeatedly hitting the power button before starting. The laptop is trying to be something amazing, the touch of the keys is great and the screen is visibly a high quality, however have to frequently deal with random updates and a stylus that disconnects more often than I'd expect is unacceptable for such a high price laptop. I was patient when I should have returned it much earlier.

Just got this item and it has everything as advertised, v smooth and beautiful.
