Hardware performance, that is to say, processing speed excellent, display optimal, keyboard touch very nice, sound system spectacular, weight is great and no audible fan noise. Software OS, Windows 11, crappy -very subpar. Too bad can't downgrade to Windows 10 because its EoL is next year! The productivity cost required to retool and learn this OS version is ridiculous. There are no credible benefits.

I sifted through hundreds of laptops and spent days looking for something that had a 16" screen, 4k, i7, 1TB of storage and at least 16GB of RAM (wanted 32GB) and 2-in-1 format for the occasional drawing or even watching movies. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard. The keys make the body sink in when you type and its missing the 10-key. A small trade-off for the specs this laptop has. It seems pretty quick and the screen resolution is great. Some websites and programs don't operate well with the higher resolution, but the zoom features help. I have had to lower the overall resolution for some things to view properly. I swore year s ago I'd never get another Dell, but this one was a great deal! Overall I could not find a machine like this for anwhere near the $999 that I paid for it on sale!

I absolutely love this computer. It’s easy to use, fast and the screen is crisp. I love the touch screen so easy to use. It’s fairly light so easy to pack around.

Needed a new laptop, so I decided on this one. I paid $1099.99 at my local Best Buy. About 3 days later, the price went to $1499.99. Probably supply and demand. I was hoping it would go (down) for the price match!!! Anyway, if you buy this one, grab a pair of sunglasses. OMG is the screen NICE, batt performance is really good, can't go wrong with the 1TB SSD. Windows 11 is cool. I even like the color, Dark River Blue. I see you can get a Green or Silver one at that lower price. I like the Blue one!!!!!!!! PS, it comes with a Stylus.

I bought this supercharged upgrade to my last dell, fast 1TB ssd and magnificent display. I'm appreciating the battery life and the weight is good. I'd recommend it

This would be my second Dell laptop. The first one lasted me 7 years. And honestly the old one is still running with no problems. The only reason I decided to upgrade was because of the processor. The old one still works just a bit slower. I usually have about 7-10 tabs open on my browser plus other apps running and the laptop performs as it should. Also, the screen size is perfect, and the weight is also very nice.

60 year old business owner, creator, bookkeeper. Bought on Cyber Monday-- after a lot of research, and trying 3 other laptops-- at a great sale price! My geek nephew informs me that this Op System is the level "at least" required to navigate Windows changes in the next 3-5 years, and also THE BEST graphics available now. I LOVE the screen size/aspect ratio, the bend-over screen, the stylus, and ofc the TOUCH SCREEN, how could you live without it?? The only thing to hate is the invasive Windows / OneDrive PC creature that wreaks havoc in my setup and keeps sending me ads for XBOX even though I've deleted the app... but I think that's par for the course bc I'm just not an Apple user. So yeah almost 5 stars but Microsoft, your frantic capitalistic yelling is really annoying.

Absolutely stunning! Everything that I was hoping it'd be and more. I can seamlessly run all the necessary programs that I do for business purposes without a glitch. Currently run Creality software for 3D printing, PS and business software. I absolutely that it comes with a stylus, as I've found a lot don't. The battery life is relatively long, for me personally, it'll go a few days without a recharge. I use it about 3-5hrs out of the day. Any and all other uses (ie., streaming, gaming, etc.) run smoothly! Also, have Razer mouse and keys running with it and don't have any problems connectivity wise. All in all, extremely happy with the purchase, would definitely purchase another if needed. Also, individual at the Best Buy store # 236 (Mcallen, Tx) who attended was extremely helpful! Thank you! She had an idea of what I was planning on running on it and said it was a good choice

I owned several other brands of laptops in the past. This is my first Dell. I bought it in a dyer need the week before Black Friday because my latest hard drive failed. My highest priority was for my new computer to have a large Solid State drive. I was actually talked into it by a Dell sales person in the store. I wish I'd purchased Dell previously. I find it to be far easier to use than my previous laptop brands. It is far more supported by Dell built-in functions. This is a convertible laptop-to-tablet. I'm not used to the pad yet but with the active pen that comes with this model I'm getting to like that convenience. Also, I've had to change to internal battery in each of my prior laptops. On this Dell I only charge it every 2 to 3 days and then run off battery. I really cant praise this Dell enough.

I bought this laptop for my online (secondhand) retail business. It fits the bill for ease of use, memory, and a lovely display. I'm also pretty obsessed with the dark river blue color option. I also love the versatility with the various ports- I find a real mouse and full-size keyboard preferable at times, and I'm able to plug both of mine in at the USB ports. I also have a separate monitor screen I'm looking forward to using with my business laptop like I do my work laptop so I can see ALL of the things :) At the end of the day, I'm pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this laptop and set it up for a friend. It has a fabulous display with great resolution and clarity. It’s a very capable and fast machine with plenty of storage. Though it is a larger screen, it is still pretty portable and relatively light. I was worried about the dark midnight blue color, but it turned out to be more subtle and not overwhelmingly blue. It’s a good computer to grow into and should last several years to come. The face recognition works quite well.

This was a 5 star purchase that replaced annokder laptop. The ability to flip iver the keyboard and then convert to an ipad is great idea. Speed is perfect for my needs. Only negative is the mousepad thing is little too large could be smalller that would make keyboard smaller. But its minor. Screen is clear. A geear purchase.
