Love the convenance of being a laptop to tablet mode, great fast startup with plenty of memory and speed. Added bonus is a huge storage space for documents and photo and videos for editing. I love my Dell 2 in 1 laptop over my work's expensive laptop for graphics. Battery last longer, speed is better, and my storage space is bigger.

Im sure for some this laptop would be perfect, i found a lot to like as well. The 4k oled screen is stunning, the speakers are good and the stylus works great with very low latency. What wound up being a disappointment was the memory management and graphical performance. This was going to be a laptop for work and play- i found that having more than 10 Edge browser tabs open would quickly start to overwhelm the laptop and the fans would spool, laptop would get quite warm. With lite gaming, rocket league on low settings or streaming from Xbox cloud, the laptop again would slow down, freeze and get very warm. I wanted this laptop to work out especially because i got it at a great deal, under $1k on sale. Ultimately returned it and got the Samsung Galaxy book pro 3 360 16 inch as a replacement and so far am having a better experience. Even without the weaker dedicated GPU, samsungs processor tuning seems to deal with lite gaming much better. The battery life is better, and the samsung is much lighter and thinner.

Fairly easy to set up. Like the integration between Microsoft and Google products. Storage is exceptional. Speed is very good. Screen/display images are excellent, sharp and very high resolution. Makes it fun to look at the screen ;) Connected and printed on our wireless printer first time. So far, so good. I had a Dell at work and now vey happy we choose this new Dell PC for home!

The graphics are amazing! The volume is loud enough, but not like hearing it from a stereo. The size of the screen is great and because of that is is a bit on the heavy side. Not intended to be super portable, but as satisfying it is to use, you will still want to lug it around.

My old laptop died after 6 years. Since we use Dell computers at work I thought I'd check out new Dell laptops. This one best fit my needs. I had the Geek Squad update the internal SSD to 4TB, then transfer my old data. Since the keyboard doesn't have a numeral keypad it's taking me a while to get use to the keyboard on this one. I spend a lot of time with photos. I didn't like the fact that the thumbnails are really small because of the high resolution screen. I had to adjust the screen so I could see larger photo thumbnails. If I want to watch a movie I'll readjust the screen to high resolution.

I really appreciate how fast this is compared to my last laptop. The SSD is like magic compared to my HDD. I have such a better time with the RAM upgrade and processor. I love this computer. Fast, powerful, and i even use my other HDD to access my old files!

THIS IS AN AMAZING COMPUTER. MY WIFE LOVES IT. THE EYE SAFE BLUE SCREEN IS WONDERFUL. IT IS VERY FAST, GREAT KEYBOARD. VERY BRIGHT SCREEN. EASY TO USE JUST OPEN IT UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE WANTING A GREAT COMPUTER FOR A PERFECT PRICE.

I’ve had Thai laptop about a month. It’s fast, easy to use and has everything that I was looking or currently need. No issues so far! Staff at the Best Buy in Greensboro were very helpful and friendly! I’m considering a second one for my son for college.

Great computer for daily use and love the ability to fold it into a Moniter to watch movies. Though it does get hot, but doesn't affect it's performance.

Nice laptop. Good speed, plenty of memory and storage space. Easy to carry and still have a decent size screen. Love the touch screen and great resolution. I'm not a gamer and it suits my needs perfectly.

I bought this for general office related use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with some occasional media streaming through Netflix, Prime etc. From that standpoint, it really fits the bill: great keyboard, fantastic screen, decent speakers (not great), and an accompanying stylus (a bonus)! The only opportunity (for which I deducted a star) is that it does not work with a HP Thunderbolt 4 dock. Dell Technical Support mentioned it's not their problem, and I'm unfortunately stuck between two manufacturers, on something that should arguably work in a streamlined manner (this laptop as TB4, and I'm using a TB4 dock, with compatible power supply/requirements).

This computer comes in handy when taking notes since it’s a 2 in 1. It really fast at loading things and the graphics are amazing. Would recommend this for any type of job.

Great notebook! The display is very crisp and bright, the PC is very responsive, and it works well for note-taking with the Dell Stylus and Microsoft's OneNote. Noteable battery life too. The only downside is that the keyboard does not include a numeric keypad.

Excellent computer at a good price. Everything needed for sending your kid off to college. It is fast, efficient and nice size screen for streaming.

Great laptop. Does what I need it to do and more. Lightweight, thin, but not cheap feeling. Pleased with my choice and I compared with 5 others in the same price category. This was the winner for processor, video card, storage size and memory.
