This is my first laptop computer. The keys on the keyboard are a bit smaller than the keyboards I've used in the past, but I'm adapting to it. The Geek Squad employee loaded data that had been copied from my earlier computer, so I was able to find the programs and files I'm used to using. I'm pleased with how quickly the computer powers up when I torn it on in the morning. I am very pleased with the laptop, and I know Dell produces a quality product.

Love the laptop itself but I will never make a big purchase with Best Buy again. I selected open box excellent to ensure it came with all accessories. When I opened the box, the stylus was missing. I contacted Best Buy support many times. Every time they would advise me to take the item into the store to swap it out (why they couldn’t just give me a stylus I don’t know) but when inquiring about stock of my laptop in store, there was no stock anywhere near me. I contacted multiple times from two different states as I was traveling, and both times I was told to go to a store, but inquired about stock and they told me there was none. So essentially, they want me to go to the store but the store doesn’t have stock to assist. The only other option was to get a refund. I wanted the laptop, I just wanted everything that was supposed to come with it. I took the loss, ordered a $40 pen that should have came with my $900 purchase, and decided that was that. Now I keep getting emails to write a review, here is your review. Stand by your products and offer your customers solutions when you mess up. The laptop itself is wonderful, I love the screen it looks amazing. Pen that I had to pay out of pocket for, works great. Thanks Dell for making an awesome product.
