    Great service!! Second laptop we buy from bestbuy. First labtop is still working. Just bought another one and we are satisfied with our purchase. The employee that helped us was great!     I replaced my existing Dell Laptop Computer with this new laptop because the one I had was purchased in 2017 and was unable to upgrade to Windows 11. I did my research and decided that this new Dell laptop had everything that I was looking for and more to do the tasks that I utilize my computer for and give me many more years of great service.
