However, when our sales rep, Michael met greeted us we knew we were in good hands. He was extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We can't thank him enough for his help that day. He showed us what we needed and told us why. He didn't try to oversell us, but instead listened to us and made suggestions based on our needs and wants. Great job all around !
