First one, fan would not stop running, loudly. Took to Best Buy and they refused to exchange it for the same price I paid for it because it was on sale, was only 16 days out from the purchase and only had 15 days. I called Dell, they were kind enough to send a brand new replacement model since Best Buy was not helpful at all. Replacement model died completely after three weeks, would not charge, would not power on. Dell sent me third model. Received two Fridays ago, worked fine for an hour, ran an errand, came back, same issue as the second defective one, no charge, wouldn't power on. It broke the same day I received it, brand new. They are refusing to replace it. I have to settle for this third defective model being repaired after not working even for two hours. Not happy.
