    Very functional, but very heavy. Comes with Windows 11 Home & I prefer Pro over the Home editions of Windows due to functionality. Dell is one of my top picks for affordable performance laptops.

    The laptop came sooner then expected. Having owned Dell's before, they are equal to HP. Also having a sd card slot was a seller for me because of the photo work I do.

    Great specs for the price and least has 16GB of ram and at least a 512GB SSD. Perfect for a client who wants to multi task and get the job done quick and awesome specs

    My only possible complaint could be that the speakers crackle sometimes and that the RAM isn't upgradeable, other than that it does everything I need and more.

    Great laptop if you find it on sale. A little much for MSRP. I have the total membership so I can price match up to 60 days after my purchase. Saved an extra 200 dollars.

    Only issue is at times the screen brightness will not adjust. You can move the dial, but nothing happens to the actul brightness of the screen

    Overall if looking for 16 inch laptop this is a good computer EXCEPT battery life is poor plus the screen/display has glare no matter how move it around, change lighting, or move lighting around,
