    My granddaughter was having trouble purchasing a lap top, just starting a new job it was difficult for her to purchase one. I used my Best Buy card with 0 interest.

    Geek squad set me up nicely. They set up my pictures so I could see them and transferred a file from my main 27 inch all in one computer.

    Overall if looking for 16 inch laptop this is a good computer EXCEPT battery life is poor plus the screen/display has glare no matter how move it around, change lighting, or move lighting around,

    It's pretty good. No major issues beyond all the garbage nonsense that are always preinstalled on PCs. Getting rid of it all wasn't too hard include that trash "virus scanner" that is McAfee.

    Everything is ok. But the power light didn't turn on after I plug in power since the first time I plug in to set up this computer! It's not a big problem, so I didn't return.

    Great case...not cheap plastic. Was on sale for $550 and the normal price was $800. I was a great value without sacrificing quality!!!

    Its been working as advertised. The only issue is that most times when I start it up, three of my desktop shortcuts are in the Recycle trash bin; I have to retrieve it almost everyday.
