When i purchased a computer from best buy in july, it was defective from the very start. I was told by the sales man that the open box was not used or refurbished, just a display model and that there were no problems. The one i purchased was 512 ram and a touchscreen. This one is not either. It is brand new and i hace only used it once so far but the arrow from the mouse is seeming to disapear and the graphics are actually hard to see.

It's only been a year and I already have to look for a new laptop. I tried doing the trade in and they valued it at $48!!! What a joke! Please save your money.

I’ve had this laptop less than 3 months and regret it so much. It’s just not reliable. While the laptop seems modern , the systems crashes, and the computer shuts down randomly, there are error messages often preventing me from accessing it. The operating system is simply not good. I purchased to use it for work purposes not I’m so disappointed . Please please buy something else. A waste of money .

So far best pc Ive ever owned. Fast, sleek design. Only thing id change is the fan is on the bottom which makes it get hot faster being a laptop. Not many places to get a skin protection for it bc its newer but im excited for when they do. It seamlessly works with my Samsung fold and television. I havent yet been able to figure out my esr buds but I'm hopeful. Great for my hidden objects games with it being touch screen it adds bew level to game play. But also fast enough for hogwarts legacies

Works just fine, the laptop has the much needed performance between both work and games, runs low performing games such as GTA5 just fine, can struggle with payday2 and Garry's mod, but a simple fix of the game settings works just fine For work wise it works just fine no crashes while doing files Battery life is fine for 4-5 hours on performance mode, but perfect for battery saving mode, at nearly 12 hours Fans can be little loud at times but not too bad where it becomes annoying, it does keep the CPU at around 54°c The Ryzen 5 works just fine with the linking to the performance, all be it, if you are more of a hardcore gamer I would suggest to shed a few extra bucks out to get the Ryzen 7 version instead Overall for work and relaxing time it's perfect for me,

Very light and easy to take on the go. Great size screen and love the touch screen feature and being able to use as a tablet. Great volume on speakers. The mousepad is a great size, bigger than most laptops I’ve used. Only cons are no number keypad on the side. Keyboard too compact for the size of the laptop. Overall very happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend!

This laptop was purchased for my daughter who is doing dual enrollment online college classes this summer. She needed a light and reliable computer to take to camp to complete her classwork. She finds it perfect for her classes, and some entertainment as well. She enjoys the speaker quality, the touch screen, and the ability to be 2 in 1. Having a number pad would have been even better, but she is getting used to not having that feature.

This dell inspirion appears to have everything in a strong dependable midrange computer. The display is accurate and bright. Speen is quick. 2in1 feature my wife loves. Battery life seems better than average. 16 in is viewed easily and yet is very portable. Salesman was great helpful and knowledgeable Highly recomment this deal
