    I had really high hopes for this computer. However so far it has given me nothing but issues. I bought it just so I could play my Sims game. However when I start the computer it says that the processor fan fails to respond and that the computer needs service. It will do this unless I shut down the computer several times taking up a lot of time and effort. I am super disappointed.

    Save your hard-earned money: Don't buy a Dell!

    Would give this laptop zero stars if I could! Worst laptop I've ever owned! It worked for a total of two and a half months and then it started having boot up issues. Sent it back to Dell 4 times for repair and each time the laptop came back to me in the same condition: Would not boot up or complete repairs. Unusable now for 5 months going back and forth with tickets and phone calls to Dell and then driving the laptop all the way to the Fed Ex store to send it back to Dell. It still doesn't work. I'm cutting my losses in time and money and getting a new laptop - NOT a Dell!!!

    Although I bought it as an open box offer that should have been reviewed before delivery, the truth is it was a headache, because of my job I don't have much free time but the little I have I like to spend it watching movies or doing things on my computer, or at least that's what I hoped to do, after several nights trying to get the computer to work because it only turned on for a few minutes and then restarted or froze, I understood that it had a factory defect, the truth is I expected to have the computer as a Christmas present for myself because I haven't renewed my equipment for five years and I decided to give Best Buy a chance but it wasn't what I expected, I had to return the equipment because it was not at all what I wanted with this experience.

    Best Buy failed and lost my trust forever

    I am a long time customer who has purchased many, many refurbished and open-box devices--every one came with a warranty. I bought this laptop trusting that it had a limited warranty--the ad did not say it didn't. I needed service two days after purchase--BestBuy said this particular item had been returned over a year ago and had sat in a warehouse until I paid $600 for it. So it has no warranty. The very curt, cold agent said I could argue the point with a store manager but Best Buy stores do not take phone calls, so corporate has to have the store manager call me within 24 hrs. They never did call me. I am returning the computer and will never shop at Best Buy again for any reason--dont care if they decide to sell computers for a buck--they won't be selling to me. No company can refuse to deal with their customers. Period. Major fail. Not a trustworthy business.

    After experiencing Apple Products for the past several years, I am sorely disappointed with Dell. The Dell is confusing, and non user friendly to say the least. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

    It's ok, not the Dell Inspiron I replaced. Don't like the shut down. If you shut it down then close the computer, reopening it turns it on automatically.

    Bad PC

    I have had so many system problems with this pc. They sent a repair person to my home to do some modifications while in warranty. After warranty the system still crashes and Dell won’t do anything about it even though they said they would continue to service.

    I bought this Open Box. The computer wouldn't work properly and caused me a huge problem with my job. Geek Squad were rude and wouldn't help me. Neither would staff. I had to ask a customer to help me transfer files. There were only 4 files I put on this new computer, used the day I bought it. Returned it next day where this terrible service happened for a refund. I'm not sure they deleted these files. I was treated poorly. I never had any problems with Best Buy and have always loved the company. You can check my purchases. I was surprised the way I was treated. Luckily I didnt lose my job!

    This Dell laptop is decent, sale price was good for the specs. I wouldn't buy it at full retail. It also came with a dead pixel so I took off a 2nd star rating.

    The basic need I have for a computer is to go on the internet on a screen that's larger than my phone. This computer has so many internet issues it's not even funny. It stops and starts. It has all sorts of 'dns' issues that are not covered by the basic Dell warranty. So sorry I bought this and was gone for most of the window when I need to have returned it by for a refund.

    I will probably return this computer for the following reasons: 1. the keyboard is too "clunky" and it is not easy to type fast. 2. the video and audio keep going off during my video calls. 3. it is heavy for the power 4. It is not as fast as I would like...it does the job, but that's about it.

    This computer has been nothing but a nightmare for me. Problem after problem. My microphone never worked, then all of a sudden Bluetooth just disappeared. Then it was running at a snails pace. I wiped it and did a factory reset but still issue afetr issue.
