I wouldn’t recommend

So, returned after 2 days of frustration

Think twice before purchasing an open box

After I finally was able to start it up and begin to customize it, I ran into trouble. It randomly shuts off and/or freezes. No blue screen. I have now spent countless hours back and forth with best buy, and my own research, downloads, updates, and fresh installs. I am extremely disappointed that I received a faulty product, and now have to shell out more money to best buy, or an extended warranty to get this laptop to just work!

Left side of keyboard issues

This hinders me from doing my homework and I have to put the laptop in tablet mode. There is no water damage or physical damage to the laptop.

Garbage Laptop.

Geek squad tried to repair it three times within the first month. Each time they said it was fixed and each time the problem returned the next day. I don’t understand how a brand new computer can have so many issues in the first 30 days. I wish I could leave a zero star review because this laptop is not Worthy of one star.

Poor quality

Here are the steps to help improve the battery performance of your laptop:
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.

Blackscreened and had to return
