Dell Laptop is a gem, no hidden issues!

Fast, sturdy build, nice touch screen, 16Gb of ram, 512 Gb drive. Touch keys are smooth, touch pad is accurate, touch screen is a delight. Screen brightness is fine, battery life is many hours and is fine. The SD Card works well and allows me to download my camera pictures. The WiFi connects quickly. I did have to spend time getting rid of their McAfee anti virus and other unwanted Microsoft software. After a month, no complaints.

Good Value for the Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, a good value for the money (especially considering it I got it on sale for about $650.00). Pros -Good quality screen, colors look great and over it's pleasant to look at. -Keyboard is nice to type on, key travel is good. The fingerprint sensor is also nice for logging into Windows real fast. -Speakers are surprisingly good for a laptop. -With the right settings, battery life will get you most of the day. But obviously CPU/GPU heavy programs can quickly change this. Cons -HDMI port is limited to 1080p (what the heck!!). If you need 4K, buy a USB-3 to HDMI cable. -The laptop display is 1080p, would have liked to have 4K but for what I paid for the laptop I can't knock it too hard. Overall it's a good mix between value and power. I would buy this system again and have recommended it to multiple friends.

The screen makes everything so much easier to see and it’s been so easy to navigate and really use for any purpose. I made the switch from a MacBook after years of using that system, and I can say with certainty that I am pleased with my decision.

Plays my games well. I've only tried flipping the screen to use tablet-style once and it was fine. The laptop does seem to heat up a lot after 8 straight hours playing games.

I’m in the library and all I can hear is my laptop like dude also it comes on often I just got this laptop a few months ago so it’s not like the fan is dirty or something

I didn't notice that there is not a numbers pad on the right side and just those at the top of the keys. Also keyboard is a bit narrower than others and this has me missing the "A" button and adjusting how I type but not a huge deal. Just something that I noticed
