Love the new touchscreen option. Enjoying the fast speed after using my 10 yr old laptop. It was definitely time for a new computer. My only problem was how it syncs to another computer. That was frustrating because I had no idea it would sync to my husband’s computer. Definitely did not want his 1000+ files on mine!! Geek squad finally helped me. Seniors need more instructions with their purchase. My salesperson was of no help.

It is easy to carry nice to have touch screen and fast it doesn’t heat up after hours of use and the battery life is real good

I was looking for a powerful computer as my new replacement for my tower desktop. This Dell Inspiron was the perfect replacement. Excellent graphics with a 16" display. It has the memory and space to transfer all my data over from the desktop. Additionally, the laptop can fold up like a tablet with touch screen. Lastly, it was a great price. Easy to order and pickup. Great purchase.

I use this laptop for projects such as graphic design, world building/map making, and the touch screen is invaluable for that. I wish it came with a pen of sorts. I have given it 4 stars because the screen flickers, but I did buy this renewed, so keep that in mind. Changing it to tablet mode is easy, but I only use it when there's a need for precise pen work. I haven't tried gaming on it. I have plenty of other devices for that.

I got this laptop refurbished so it was a good bit cheaper BUT this laptop is amazing. The 16 gb of ram is ESSENTIAL for ANY laptop/pc nowadays. Next, the CPU in this laptop is good bang. And the most important thing of all, the touch screen works as intended. My only nitpick is to make sure that the pen you are going to buy to use touchscreen is compatible with this device. You CANNOT sync this with a few pens and the best way to check is on Reddit. That’s what I did. See what they say and just play everything by ear. Overall, very well made product with very good performance for the price.

I bought this laptop for college. I love the 2 in 1 feature so that I can use it for more leisure activities if needed. It does everything that it’s supposed to. I also play the sims a lot and the battery life and graphics are great ! You won’t regret this purchase

Probably the best laptop for work ive ever bought, great battery life, touch screen mode is a great bonus, feels pretty solid and can charge from a car with car adapter. Only thing i noticed is that at low brightness colors seem a little warm, besides that amazing value laptop, dont need anything better really, love it more than my gaming laptop.

I had a serious emergency that led to this purchase. I hired someone to handle my emergency led to this purchase. He knew my husband and I had always had Dells. My late husband was a software developer and always chose Dell because of their incredible customer service, something very important to someone whose job was 24/7. Once Dell came to our home the weekend to help my husband and on another occasion, Dell showed up at our vacation location to assist my husband. I had been postponing an ailing Dell laptop purchased in 2021. I love the light weight, touch screen and the rotating screen that makes the laptop stand up like an easel. What is not to love about this Dell? Microsoft is another story. It's constantly invading my workspace trying to take over how I work. MS in my face more than I care to have it be. I didn't like Windows 10 and the jury is still out on Windows 11.

I've had this computer for three weeks and love it so far. The battery lasts for hours, and it runs smoothly. I bought this computer primarily to use for school. It's been great for doing research, writing papers, taking notes, and running several apps at the same time.

Overall good laptop. My only issue is that it has a tendency to heat up when utilizing graphic intensive applications (which is to be expected) so the fan runs almost all the time, and it’s kind obnoxious.

I am very pleased with my purchase! I began working from home and needed something reliable with adequate storage. Setup was a breeze and the sleek design makes it a great laptop for small workstations and that touch screen is the best feature hands down! I would recommend!

I didn't think I would like it but I'm beginning to warm up to it. It is fast and makes things easier to maneuver through processes. The touch screen is an added feature I like. I would have given it a 5 star but there is no longer a 10 key.

I have never had a laptop before, and a friend told me about this one and showed me how to use it and I am very happy with it. And the cost was very reasonable. So easy to use and has a great look. I plan on using the laptop for my travels and I think it will be a great benefit.
