The dell laptop was recommended by the associate. Once I received it, it was lightweight, easy to set up, and with added features. The battery life is great, my son and I use them constantly. I am pleased with my selection. Connectivity is also great, not slow.

Very well built, entire thing is aluminum, sturdy keys and hinges, touchscreen is responsive, never had an issue with battery dying in the middle of my tasks, cooling is efficient but can get loud.

I upgraded to this computer recently. I couldn’t imagine after using it why I didn’t do this sooner. I love the speed, ease of use and style. Also, the system was set up professionally and flawlessly by members of the Geek Squad. My thanks to them.

This computer glides with ease of use. Having a separate keyboard assists in productivity with a companion mouse. The device seems intuitive. Functionality and speed are optimum for the intended upgrade from Asus. Very happy with the purchase.

We have always purchased Dell due to its App compatibility and reliability. Great product, never fails, never disappointed. Great graphics, simple to use.

Gives "always on" a whole new meaning. Laptop is extremely loud. Unless you shut this thing down it will continue to run background processes doing god knows what all night long. Even in sleep mode. Plenty fast though and decent graphics. The noise is extremely disconcerting and annoying. I really wish I had made a different purchase.

I recently purchased the Dell Laptop, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. This laptop boasts an exceptional combination of performance, design, and user-friendly features, making it a top-notch choice for both work and play.

This computer is awesome. It is fast and the ability to touch the screen and rotate it have enhanced my daughters ability to access schoolwork and classes in college.

So far I love this computer. It runs really nicely and has a great battery life. The touchscreen is awesome to have and I really make good use of it being a foldable computer. I definitely recommend this.

so far so good. The computer is fast enough for what I'm using it for. The case is a little flimsy but the touch screen is nice. I do wish the computer was a little more rugged.

I have absolutely no regrets about purchasing this laptop. NONE. The speed is fantastic, the touch screen is helpful although I do forget to use it sometimes. I highly recommend this laptop.

Best computer I’ve owned hands down. I’m an IT student and it does EVERYTHING I need to get my school work done! I will definitely recommend it for fellow IT students and for general everyday use!

Computer was delivered earlier than expected and was packaged well. Easy to setup out the box. Fast processing of information and love the back lit keyboard. Battery last a long time when fully charged.

So far the laptop has been great, my daughter for who we purchased it hasn’t had any issues with it. The battery life is great, and since it’s touch screen it is easier to use in certain situations.

I bought this computer with hesitation bc all of the other laptops I had would always have something wrong it. Either the screen went out or it became slow. SO I decided on Dell - Inspiron 16 inch touch tablet and OMG! Its smooth like a Rolls-Royce, sexy, fast and versatile. I download a lot of documents for work and I also have to have 3 different browsers, I have QB, I have OneDrive, Google Drive, etc, and this computer keeps up with all the craziness I throw at it! Buy it! You WILL LOVE IT!

very clear screen~ not that grainy looking screen that the cheap dell computers have, nice camera, nice sound quality, easy to type and it’s fast running

Super happy with this laptop. Plenty of power, loads fast, touch screen works great, and the picture is awesome.

This laptop is pretty fun with the 2-1 feature. Speakers are great and works pretty fast. 2 things though. 1. The touch screen sometimes lags but its not too significant cause you can just quickly touch it again. 2. The computer had to be forced restarted because it wouldnt come back on from sleep mode. I tound that weird as its a new laptop. Other than that it fine. I bought this computer for light recreational use. So it works perfect for that.
