Really sharp screen pictures, and really fast responses to files, sites, and to wi-fi receptivity.

A great computer for the price, it has 16 gb of ram, runs smooth, has a good battery life, and overall is user friendly. Minimal bloatware comes preloaded.

Great laptop for price I got it at. Performed very well and the screen was a fantastic quality. However 2 years after I bought it the hinge broke so it no longer closes. So performs well but might not have the best quality

This laptop was set at a really good price for the features it has. Ive been building gaming desktops for almost a decade now and finally decided to grab a laptop for on the go uses and AMD has stepped it up with their laptop CPUs. This thing is fast and feels great, very responsive screen and keyboard with basically no input lag and excellent battery life omg.

Since my old laptop was 10 years old, this laptop is quite an improvement! I don't know that I can provide an accurate review, since I still am uncovering many of the features on the new laptop. It certainly is faster than my old laptop. The thing that I miss most is the 10-key number panel on the right side of the keyboard; for someone who uses Excel at lot that is big minus. I also miss being able to load discs. I have a number of discs with family information and photos and now I will need to make an extra purchase to see them. But Dell always has provided me wonderful support, so for that reason I again purchased a Dell product.

Excellent speed, display and the battery last longer than my old computer.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. The clarity & color is great. The price was right on target for this item and I’m very pleased with the quality. The second best thing is the help I received from the Geek Squad. Super friendly and so intent on making sure everything was set up properly before I left the store!!!

I am very pleased with my new laptop especially the touch feature which I didn’t have on my old laptop. I was unable to pay for it at the time of purchase and the young man that waited on me was very knowledgeable. Fortunately I was able to pay for it a few days ago. Kudos to Best Buy, the salesman and everyone involved for taking great care of me!!!

The Dell Inspiron laptop with 16gb operates really fast. When you first use it, it has a high powered processor fan that is loud but you can quiet it down by going to > Control Panel, Power Options, change from Balanced to more efficiency & it quiet mine down.

Super sleek with very easy set up. Graphics are beautiful. Super fast and ergonomic keyboard.
