When you first use it, it has a high powered processor fan that is loud but you can quiet it down by going to > Control Panel, Power Options, change from Balanced to more efficiency & it quiet mine down.

The price was right on target for this item and I’m very pleased with the quality. The second best thing is the help I received from the Geek Squad. Super friendly and so intent on making sure everything was set up properly before I left the store!!!

I use it for hardcore business like Bloomberg terminal and things and sometimes it just quits. When I have a fair amount of tabs open it won’t open new apps. It’s fast for having a lot of things open however. Good for now, I will definitely replace later. Like the touchscreen though.

First one, the sound decided to not work after 3 days, did a netop w Microsoft support, which determined it was a hardware issue w the sound board. (hope i'm not showing my age). Before the sound quit, the sound was scratchy/crackling and it was out of sync with videos. Also, it would not "wake up" and would have to complete a hard restart, which gave me the blue screen which required me to get the "long number". Took it back and exchanged it for new one, and I am now having the same issues with this one. Touch screen is great. Really like the "go screen" feature for multiple "desktops" which helps in my line of work. Keyboard feel is very nice and crips. Screen is very nice. Unfortunately, I am going to have to try a 3rd or get another brand, which stinks because I really like everything else. It's just the pesky sound and won't wake up from a nap issues that plague it.

Performed very well and the screen was a fantastic quality. However 2 years after I bought it the hinge broke so it no longer closes. So performs well but might not have the best quality

Have had for about 3 weeks now and can say at this time I have not had any issues, was easy to set up, and has met my expectations for what I was looking for in a laptop. I have had both HP and Lenovo laptops and now having tried the Dell it just might be my new favorite. Time will tell.

2-in-1 Dell Touch Laptop

We keep this laptop in our kitchen. We use it to read the digital newspaper every morning. The 16.0" screen is bigger than my older laptop. The Dell Inspiron is faster and has the Solid State Drive (SSD), which makes it much quieter and more reliable.
