Lighted keyboard makes everything so much easier. Makes finding information easy, and split screen is great. Fingerprint is another great feature for security. All around, great computer for speed and clarity.

So easy to use I just keep my hands cleaner (the touch screen is wonderful). The screen is crisp and clear and the 16" screen lets me see all the action. Great Job Dell

Bad battery life, but overall a nice & reliable

It basically has the battery life of a smart phone. Besides the battery life, this is an amazing computer. I don’t regret my purchase. I never thought that I would appreciate touchscreen as much as I do now.

He likes the larger screen (plays war/battle games with others) This was literally a no hassle purchase & delivery was spot on! Packaged well. He was very pleased with this decision.

good choice for everyday needs

Great for all daily tasks, and the 16 inch screen is good for streaming movies, YouTube, etc. Being a 2 in 1, it can be put in tent mode for streaming. Keyboard had good feel and travel, touch pad responded well. Overall, good choice.

I did lots of researching. I didn't need anything too expensive and I came across this. It's a great computer. Does everything I need and then some, and you can't beat the price! Plus I found it on sale for the 4th of July. I would definitely recommend!

BUY THIS LAPTOP

Keystrokes are very smooth. Touch screen and pad are sensitive so easy to use but not to sensitive were you double tap with the swipe of your hand like with other brands.

Had it for 1 week before I returned it and went back with my Dell. The windows operation is just so user-friendly and the touchscreen makes with arthritis even easier.

There is some bloatware that is expected to uninstall. Got in on sale and I felt like it's worth the price and then some

This works just as good over the past month. Took me a while to get used to touchscreen, but it really helps with signing documents on the computer.
