I purchased this as a general purpose device for my wife and it suited all of her needs. She only needed a laptop but thanks to the deal in Best Buy I got a 2 in 1. So in addition to a general purpose device, this now also serves as a source of entertainment since it has good audio and video quality and can be used in the tent mode. Initially when the device was delivered via online purchase I got a faulty screen. Thanks to Best Buy, I was able to walk in to the store and get another new immediate replacement without any issues. I wish Dell had provisioned replaceable RAM slots which I could have upgraded in future. But at this price point for the value it offers, I don't have any complaints. I would recommend this device to anyone who is looking for a general purpose education and entertainment system.

The computer is easy to use and easy to set up (apart from Windows nagging you to set up a Microsoft account, but there's ways around that). Screen is nice, computer is responsive, no problem installing and running the apps we want.

Bought this after taking the little quiz on finding what laptop a customer should buy. It works great for the applications I use. Nice size screen and good sound. Better battery life than my old laptop.

Got it on sale, and have been pleased with this reasonably priced computer. Bright, large screen, with solid processor for everyday work and browsing. Nice to have the slightly larger SSD for our storage needs.

I did not know if I would love it when I bought it because I had never owned a dell computer before. The price was good and it checked all the boxes for me. I really like the touch screen, it makes it so easy, almost like using me phone! It's not too big for my small spaces but big enough to do everything I need. Plenty of memory and battery power. I would definately buy it again.

This laptop works good. It’s not slow and the battery lasts awhile.

Good screen size, sharp, crisp color. Like that it turns automatically on when you open the laptap. Battery life is absolutely great extends to i believe 2 days.

User friendly laptop. Very sleek and lightweight. Good screen size however software is needed.

I just love ❤️ I can sit comfortably at my sofa doing my schoolwork. Screen is big enough to split windows, to be able to see everything. And speed and many positive to the experience.

Love it. Nice and light. Currently going to nursing school so love the 2 in 1 and flexibility when looking at charts. Keyboard nice and smooth when typing. The camera cover feature was nice as well!

This is my first laptop I ever purchased because I had some certificates and well i needed one for the household for the family and to explore the new windows OS that is a real smooth and easy to use. I love anything that has to do with technology. So this a great investment for any household to have.

Very easy to set up. Well packed. Its fast and!has a big screen. Keyboard lights up in the dark. Charged quickly and battery holds well

Ive enjoyed this laptop very much. I like the big screen that make it wasy to see. im able to split my screen to see two tabs at a time. works great for working in the dark with the light up keyboard.

Its a great basic computer to have when going to class and its very fast and powerful.

This item was on sale, probably being discontinued. Dell has problems with their “Windows 11” on the computer. My new not the only one. The techs had to reset the computer back to factory settings and then reinstall the operating system. Some of it says Windows 10 and other area say’s Windows 11. What the what. I’m sure Best But had an inkling since there were open box ones though mine wasn’t one.

I've only had a couple weeks but I really enjoy it. I like touch screen feature, the battery life is good, the size is perfect not to small.

Solid performance and battery life. Beautiful oled screen. Got it open box for about 65% off. Nothing wrong with it other than missing stylus which I personally haven’t missed. I’ve had good luck with Best Buy open box.
