    Love my new Dell Inspiron laptop. I took advantage of a sale that saved me approximately $150.00. The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. Geek squad support was great as well. They transfers all data from my previous laptop to the new one. Very satisfied with the purchase.

    My first laptop purchase, had to replace my old desktop. Pretty easy to get used to. The geeks were very helpful in helping me choose a good product and in helping me set up my new computer.

    I would have given a 5 star review score, except for the fact it got lost in the mail, then reshipped only to be a week late into my class and it was Dead On Arrival. It took another week to get a technician to come out and repair it.

    I bought the computer a month ago and it was working fine until the sound went off 2 weeks ago with no warning. Called the geek squad who had be restart it and it worked again. Hoping this isn't a recurring issue
