Needed the laptop ASAP for school for a specific class. The laptop is great. Sometimes it has a few glitches here and there but it could be that I have to update it. The mouse also kinda ticks me off, I’m not sure if it’s because it’s really big so I always end up right clicking it and clicking on the wrong thing. However, I think just purchasing a decent mouse works just as well, and honestly more comfortable to use rather than keeping my hand in that spot of the laptop. Runs really well overall.

I got this for my dad, and screen quality looks pretty good for a Windows laptop in comparison to what’s out there in the market. With i7 and 16Gb its running good so far.

I like the quality of the screen, very clear and sensitive. The shell of the computer is very durable but seems to make it heavier than what I have been use to. I love all of the different types of ports. I really like the way it turns into a tablet when it flips back.

Very nice laptop. I purchased it to work from home, and it works exactly as needed. It is not a fancy gaming laptop, but it supports two monitors and lots of Bluetooth connectivity. I do customer service from home, so this is a great laptop for it.

I would really encourage this product as it helped me acheive so many works with lightning speed and the sleek design. It has touch screen and as pet the specs it works real great.

The Dell Inspiron 16 does exactly what I need it for. My old computer died suddenly. I ordered this online as a refurbished unit and you wouldn't know it. I do support work for AARP remotely and this saved my bacon. Plus, it was delivered at around 4 am the next morning. You CAN'T beat that. Trying to salvage what I could off my old partitioned drive was a challenge, but the Geek Squad helped me as best they could. I only had a couple of apps to reinstall and didn't lose any data. I needed more ports than it has, but a powered USB Type-C Hub Pro gave me what I needed and stopped a communication issue I was having with an HP DeskJet. My setup is in that photo

This is a great laptop for student the screen may be a little of the bigger side, but the touch screen make good highlighting, taking notes, and viewing notes. ( + comes with windows 11)

Purchased Dell inspiron 16 2 in 1 laptop from best buy for a good deal. Satisfied with price and performance.

This laptop was on sale for $800 a very good deal at the time. However its Standard price was about 1200 or so. A bit much for a machine that does not have even a Mid end GPU. While I found the product nice and of fairly good build. The Audio quality out of the box was unacceptable. This seems to be continuing trend with Dells Inspiron series I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 series and it to had Audio malfunction out of the box. I have lived with that burden for years and Hoped this time it would be different.. Sadly not. Returned the product and spent just a bit more for a MacBook Air 15”. all and all If my budget was a firm 800-1K at the time I would probably have still kept the Dell. That being said I am pleased Bestbuy corrected the situation.
