    I went directly to Best Buy to get a LapTop with specific requirements in mind. I found the laptop to fit those requirements. Dell computers have always been good to me and my family. The BestBuy staff was top notch, courteous, kind, and very helpful. The price was off the hook. All in all, I have had nothing but good experiences at BestBuy. Thank you for all you all do to make it easier on the customer.

    battery life (often have to charge it, approx. 1-3x a day) physical duration 5/10 (rubber footing falls off really easily and didn't last 3 months after purchase) easy to scratch screen (idk if mine was defective but by the first month It already had a small scratch) heavy! I didn't expect it to be as heavy as described. As a commuter, this was heavy on the shoulders. However, the speakers, and display is GREAT. I love watching shows and videos on it, absolutely amazing.

    Overall I love it. It does everything I want and or need it to do. Something's are complicated to figure out and learn, but i am fortunate enough to have young kids to help me and get through whatever is going on at that moment. I think that computer company's should include a easy-to-use setup system for the computer that is bought for all ages and all skill levels.

    This was an excellent choice for cybersecurity pentesting! I was able to boot from both Windows and Linux Parrot OS, I have enough disk memory to save a lot of stuff in it, so for anyone looking for a versatile laptop, powerful enough for both operating systems, and a reasonable price, this is the way to go.

    Of all my purchases in the past years, 3-4th laptop, I am VERY pleased with this purchase & the extras that came with it, for one :) the keyboard lights, the clarity, plus. The staff are great. With assisting, helping fix the simplest to most complex issues one may face, I,'ve had a few. I highly recommend for purchases & any tech support one may need.

    The laptop came packed in a solid and sturdy cardboard box. The laptop has no scratches at all, it is as if someone opened the box and returned it as is. Mot even a days use is visible. I would purchase again and recommend the Best buy geek squad :) I am happy with the purchase.
