    I've been very happy with my purchase of this Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3 Touch-screen Laptop. Tutorials are great! Set-up was simple. The only complaint I have, which is not really a big deal, is where the power button is. Computer is easily turned off if you try to move the laptop by grabbing the corner.

    I bought this laptop nearly half year ago. I found there was some light leaking at the left corner of the screen. So I replace a new one at nearest Bestbuy. I like the 2 in 1 design and the touch screen. but I seldom use these features.

    Although I have had less than a month it has been used daily in substitute for my desktop which went on the blink. So far, it has been responsive, easy to navigate around in and I love the large 17" monitor and touch screen feature.

    We have had this computer for less than a month. So far we have had no problems. Set up was easy and it is doing all the things we wanted it to. This is our fifth Dell computer or laptop and we have always had good luck with them.

    The larger than normal laptop screen gives great detail for my digitizing of embroidery stitches for my machine as I am a non-professional seamtress (meaning my family doesn't pay me, I do it for joy). It's memory is large enough & fast enough to store & process the demands I put on it.

    My old desk top was dying. It was slow, the operating system was no longer supported so I replaced it with this lap top. First I checked in with the GEEK squad to see if the old one was savable. Then went to a very knowledgeable employee where he helped me decide on what to purchase. .

    It's over my head with all the thing about I can do in my programs that are already on the computer so it's not lacking capability. The only thing I don't like are the keys. They are flatter than I'm use to and I still after a year am not used to it and struggle with typing.

    I purchased this laptop because it had a 17" screen. In a one-year period, it has had to have the operating system re-loaded, but overall it has been a pretty good laptop. Not sure if I will purchase another Dell.
