    My old Acer laptop died. I came to Best Buy and got great advice from a young salesperson. I do a lot of HD video editing and this laptop has the power to handle the job! My only complaint is that there are only two USB ports. It causes some inconvienence when using a wireless mouse, an external USB drive and.... no room for a third or fourth device.

    I like the laptop, have not had any major issues except for 2 shut downs that had an error of Bad Pool Header not sure why that happened, but overall so far the experience with this Dell has been fine, Nothing exceptional but if I needed another computer I would buy again.

    The screen on this thing is gorgeous and it is backed up with a great processor, tons of RAM, and a wonderful video card. I can play most new games on at least medium settings. The battery life is great for a 19" laptop. Media on this thing is amazing though. The screen is crisp and gorgeous. The sound is amazing. Best laptop I've ever owned.

    17" screen. Great speed & graphics. Little heavier than I wanted but ok because its slim. I like the feature that you can flip it and use it like a tablet with an onscreen keyboard. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a larger touch screen laptop/tablet combo.

    My Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3 was an open item that had a changed out Motherboard. I would not do it again. always had glitches. slowly though worked most of them out. it is great at what i do but still just short of what I think it could be.
