    We have had this laptop for 1 year and 8 months. It was used once a week for approximately 2 hours and not taken from the residence or moved around a lot. For the past 6 months it has run very slow and continuously slow even in fast WiFi. This was taken into The local Geek squad and we were told it’s fine it just needed ANOTHER update and we were sent home with it. It still didn’t work. We took this into a repair specialist and were told the hard drive is shot and we get to pay another $199 to repair it. Very disappointed in both Dell and Best Buy.

    Works great. I gave it 3 stars because of low sound (small speakers), battery life is ok maybe 4 hours with constant use, and graphics card only being a 940 MX. Was hoping for something a little more gamer/photoshop 3D rendering ready but for now it works.
