Laptop is beautiful but painfully slow to start up. Key travel is also surprisingly short for a laptop of this thickness.

it has one run light that seems to have a mind of it's own. No way to know if its working or froze up. Great screen

Wish Inwould have bought a solid state drive, although it was a good deal for the price. I enjoy the larger screen.

Liked the computer ok but the open box model I bought would not always turn on. so I returned it.

I buy this laptop almost year ago, I used not much and all ready has a broken USB port....

Doesn't come with a cd drive, would be well worth it otherwise.

2 dell in a row with problems. Both were open item and were suppose to be fine. First crashed with a Dell update the second conflicted with the win 10 upgrade. bad timing or what not sure. been frustrating setting up what was suppose to be a really good computer.

I purchased two of these Dell 17" touch screen 2-in-1 computers for Christmas of 2016. One was a refurbished model that didn't last two weeks before going in for an overhaul. It was fixed by the Geek Squad and has been fine ever since. The second was brand new and six months plus a few days that one gave me the "blue screen of death". Dell won't do anything unless I cough up $129 for one fix or $239 for a year. That's 30% of what the computer cost in the first place. Very disappointed because I thought Dell put out a good product. I will have the Geek Squad give me their advice and will see if I need to revisit this review. Overall, when working, the computers are fine. I like the touch screen and 2-in-1 capability. I have had some sound issues but I can live with that. Not happy that there isn't a native word processing program which, in my opinion, is one of the basic uses of a computer.

Good as a computer. Does not do well in tablet form. It also runs hot when playing games.

I'm pretty disappointed with this laptop. It runs very slow and sounds light a freight train. Right out of the box it performed this way. I thought I would give it a chance to settle in but a month later it is no better. I would not recommend this for the price.

This is not a good choice... Camera id only works 50% of the time. Would not recommend

I bought this at 11:30 am this morning. I fired it up and it seemed to be working fine. I installed Skype and then Google Chrome and it was still working. Then I left to do some errands. I returned at 5:30 pm and as I was surfing the internet, it said "Oops! An error occurred and I have to reboot." So, I let it reboot. It rebooted into a message "Hard Drive - not installed". Now every time I turn it on, it says the same thing "Hard Drive - not installed". So in six hours it already bricked. DO NOT BUY THIS HUNK OF JUNK. I need something with reliability. It turned into a brick in 6 hours. This is without a doubt the most unreliable piece of junk I have ever purchased. Needless to say, I am going to return it for a FULL REFUND. Thanks Dell and Best Buy for wasting my time.

Paid over 1000 dollars for the laptop. I took it home, plugged it in, turned it on and it blue screened. It continued to crash every day after that, until I took it back to Best Buy. Yes, I did the driver updates and all the little suggestions that it made for fixing every issue it had with just being powered on. Very disappointing. Also, when taking it back, although we were the only customers in line, the three employees at Best Buy couldn't help us, because one of them was fixing an issue while the other one watched and I am not sure what the other employee was doing, maybe staring off into space.

It looks and sounds great, but for me is not user friendly

After reading all the reviews and looking at the specs I decided on the Dell laptop 2 in 1, and chose poorly. The laptop is really slow and the performance is sub-par. The picture quality is great but I need a faster laptop for school. Not what I was looking for.

I have had this computer less than one month and have to ship back to Dell for repair. I am very disappointed!!! There is a vertical line on the right side of the screen top to bottom.

This is build very nice However is slow and disconnects often from the software you use either microsoft or adobe products. Also interrumps often from internet connection.

I hardly use my laptop and i really take care of it ... in a year the hard drive stop working
