This is the second one I've purchased and they are both great. They are lightweight, fast, easy-to-use keyboard, very intuitive.

This laptop is just what i need! Its fast and has pleanty of storage. The screen is the perfect size!

I open a lot of windows when researching and this model handles it with ease. This is my second Dell and I enjoy the larger screen resulting in less movement of open windows to uncover information. Right now I have 7 windows open with two windows with multiple tabs.

WORKS GREAT , FAST , AND EASY TO USE. A LITTLE HEAVY BUT EXPECTED FOR A 17 INCH.

This is a fast and reliable computer so far. I like the size of the screen a lot.

This is a great laptop with a huge screen, great graphics quality and a nice look.

Boots up very quick and smooth with 32 GB Optane. The biometrics makes logging in a breeze. The keyboard back lighting makes a huge difference when in low light rooms. When using for video conferencing, you are able to get more of the group on the screen. Able to run graphic programs without freezing up.

Seems to be working pretty flawless , except it overheats fairly quick, which is common for laptops, would highly recommend having a cooling fan underneath.

A very knowledgeable, professional, nice salesman spent some time with me and helped me pick out a laptop based on what it needed to do - multiple tabs open, graphic design. Seemed like it had it all! Great processor and memory, touch screen, no need to upgrade soon. Good to go! Got it home and set it up the next day. Spent some time going through all the start up stuff and the switching over of all my accounts. Whew! Finally got that done. Now, onto work! I was working away with multiple tabs open and pulled out the Wacom pen the salesman said would work with the touchscreen laptop, bluetooth paired it, and tried it out. That's when all *bleep* went loose. After several unsuccessful tries to close the windows I called tech support. It seemed like the guy had had a day. But he seemed like a nice guy and a natural English speaker so I was happy. We tried several things. Then a blue screen appeared. He said I had a faulty unit and they could take care of it at the store. I returned everything the next day.

So my laptop died and I went with the closest best thing that I could afford and this thing is packed full of extras I really love the fact that it's a touch screen and you can flip it backwards even though they said that there's not a pen compatible for I did download a program and was still able to use it to draw was never really Adele fan but I'm absolutely all in.

Very happy with this purchase love the touch screen and the speed.

It's a little heavy but I knew that. The size makes up for that.

I love the big screen! Honestly I love everything about this laptop so far except for the battery life,its not very long(its not to big of a deal to me though) ! I have had a few minor issues with it but dell customer service was great and solved everything so quickly!!

The system came up just fine, and Laplink moved everything from my old machine to the new one painlessly. But Win 10 1809 is installed, and even after several weeks of updates, it still doesn't update to 1903. Seems strange, but then it is Windows ... .

We normally buy Apple laptops but needed a Windows-based laptop for some programs that are Windows-only and didn't want to use Fusion or Parallels on our Apple. This was a great buy. Large screen and very nice. It was an easy setup and works great. Not a long-time Windows user but would recommend this laptop.

Its fast enough for my needs (School and personal needs) the Best buy sales person said that a smart pin or bamboo pin would work with it. that was a lie I talked with dell they suggested a pin that also did not work. after research on my own I found that the computer is not compatible with any smart pin.

Bought this because my wifes laptop was having issues for the first time in almost 3 yrs. She needed something for school and right away we noticed how much faster it was. It also seems to have a good solid construction.

Very good workhouse laptop. Sometimes glitches and the loaded pages freeze. Heavy laptop and wide to use on lap in bed, so it definitely requires a stand or for use at a desk or table. Limited external usb connections.
