Needed a replacement laptop, and this fits the bill. Nice large screen and good specs. Got it open box at a great price! I will knock the quality down a little as part of the frame was damaged, preventing use of one USB-A port. Otherwise, no complaints so far.

This has been a great purchase for us. Our old computer needed an upgrade and this fits our lifestyle perfectly. Its a bit heavy, but we don't use it for travel, it is mainly for home use. We love it.

I like the larger screen on this laptop. Still getting use to Windows 10. Problem with getting hacked & used the Geek Squad in less than a month. My older Dell Printer will not scan a document with this laptop so keeping my Dell desktop for that reason.

This beauty is sleek, fast and efficient. I was so reluctant to buy a Dell after a past experience with a cheaper model but I'm very happy with the performance of this one!

It took a bit to get used to. I love the tablet aspect of it. Very portable. Starts up fast and runs great off the battery. So glad I got this. The speakers on it aren't to bad either.

I've now had this for a month, and am liking it just fine. It's got good power, so I can run multiple programs without getting chunky. And the slightly larger screen is a big help for my tired eyes. If you're into Wintel, check this one out!

I did a lot of research on laptops before I purchased this computer and I found this one to have everything on it I needed. Hands down the best choice! Love the flexibility of a large screen touch screen to use at my desk and on the go!

So far great computer with speed I needed for working at home and although hefty size for a laptop we easily can move to other areas of the house and use as laptop or tablet.

This was probably the best purchase I made in a few years, works great, fast and easy to setup accounts. It's nice to have the options of touch screen or keyboard with an effortless transition.

Getting used to a new machine and Microsoft 365 took less time ran expected. Still learning, appreciating and looking forward to yet to be discovered uses. Great optics, quick response, lightweight. I like the computer.

It is a very good computer. I have a little trouble with how big it is and getting it in and out of the case. Besides that though I love the quickness it displays connecting to the internet as well as maneuvering around in it.

easy to use and saves space lightweight does work need with ease I still needs to have it hooked up to right printer but am working on that hope to correct that soon as I can so then it will be completely functional

This computer works quite well and above my expectations. I'll never buy a computer with less than 16 GB again. The 17.3" screen provides plenty of room for multiple applications to be displayed with no hiccups.

I needed a quality laptop when the schools closed and I was required to teach from home. This Dell is the perfect size, and I’m also able to attend Zoom meetings without any problem.

Large screen and I really like the tablet to keyboard conversion capability. The only reason I do t give 5 stars is because the graphics do not match up to the Surface Pro I had.

I like the fast processor and the touch screen is a bonus. The full size keyboard with a number pad was what I really wanted.
