I love the screen size and having a number pad. I am currently having problems with the speakers, but luckily I got the geek squad protection.

i dont like one thing in dell computer i mean up till now is that every time you do sleep it shuts down there is no sleep mode as we know it. you have to turn on the button again

I'm not a techi person but was very easy to learn the ins and outs of the laptop. Be warned, new computers do not have a disk drive! What!?

Great laptop with lots of hard drive space. The laptop was easy to set up with our servers and has worked well in our office environment. I would reccomend this laptop to anyone at a business.

Using this for business, very pleased so far. Good value for the price I paid, plenty fast for everything I've needed to do. Very satisfied!

Does everything I expected and fits in a backpack I already owned. It is heavier than a smaller notebook, but well worth it if you want a bigger screen.

We are pleased with the function of this new laptop. It has run perfectly and aside from getting used to windows 10, we have no complaints. It easily handles multiple tasks with no delay at all.

I wasn't sure if I would like the 2in1, but after using it, I love it! I would have given it a 5 star if it had an internal disc drive.

Good appearance, had it for two months. Only complaint is placement of on/off switch, too easy to hit by mistake. Otherwise a good buy.

Currently I'm using the computer at work, basically for video and image edition. I like the graphic card and touch screen feature.

The size of the screen and great I really that the dell product. It does not come with a network adapter which would be nice to have.

I have been very pleased with this laptop. I got it for work and it has done everything I've needed it to do. It's quick and has been able to effectively multitask between numerous programs.

This would have been the second one of this model for us but unfortunately its got some issues. Different batch from the one we bought first so I'm guessing they changed hard drive manufacturers or something. It was constantly using 100% Disk Usage. Now there is an error in windows 10 that can cause this but I went through all the trouble shooting steps for it and none fixed it. So I figured ok maybe something wrong with this unit. Exchanged it for a new one. By the way Best Buy you need better coverage at the customer service desk. Got the new one home and it had the same issue. Tried to use Dells trouble shooting service to see if anything could be done by them. They tried for a couple hours and couldn't get any results. They wanted me to wait for them to ship replacement parts to me to switch out but I wasn't about to do that when it was a gift for someone. "Sorry this was broken out of the box but Dell wanted me to wait on new parts to come. So maybe we can use it next week sometime." Sorry Dell but that doesn't work for me. Now I will say by time I got a higher up Dell rep he was more understanding of that part. Hopefully they figure it out its a decent laptop when working correctly.

larger screen and key board area makes it easier to use. More comfortable distance between screen and my eyes reduces strain.

Got this Dell to replace my old lap top that I was still using Windows 7 on so I am playing catch up learning some new tricks but, I really like this new one and it is so much faster.

I love everything about this laptop so far, except the time it takes to boot up. I was told it had the latest in quad-core processors and was FAST. I find it to be disappointing. Granted, I may be spoiled by my trading laptop ordered from a specialty builder, but that machine is over a year old and beats my Dell hands down. I do like the touchscreen feature - don't always have to use the keyboard or mouse.

The laptop itself has really good hardware, but it was excruciatingly slow as purchased. Why Dell decided to put a 5,400 RPM hard drive in it, I'll never know. I swapped in an SSD drive, and it practically flies now.

I love this laptop, I really needed a windows computer for school and it has provided me the tools I need and more.tebrecht

Love my new computer I bought for my photography business. Speedy enough to run Lightroom and photoshop and great display/colors to ensure my editing is on point as well.

I am writing this review on the machine right now. I like a larger screen so this might not be for everybody. No internal CD ROM so I had to buy an external drive to go with it
