Laptop suits all my needs

The touch screen functions aren't as responsive as I hoped they would be. Excellent storage space and overall functions are wonderful. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Initial set up took some time and was slow with all of the necessary updates, speed improved significantly once setup was complete. Surprised by frequency of required updates.

Not enough features but fast

The unit has only 2 USB ports..I use one for my mouse and one for my external hard drive. That leaves none for the DVD player or my Fitbit Blaze sync. My old Dell laptop had 4 or 5...don't remember.

Should be on the keyboard. Instead it's on the side and is sensitive to touch, therefore, when you try to move computer, it shuts it down. Very frustrating.

Super Happy

The sales associate asked me questions about my use because I was deciding between two. I ended up with the perfect laptop for photo editing and advanced graphics. I didn't realize how much better this would be than my five year old former laptop. WOW!

It's been a few years since I owned a Dell. The last one was good but this one is so much better. Start up is quick even though it's not a SSD. I'm not a gamer so I couldn't tell you how it compares to other computers for gaming but for my needs it's perfect.

Very nice laptop/tablet

The 2 in 1 feature is nice but the screen does not stay as you request it all the time....sometimes it flips and you need to put it in laptop mode and then fold in 2 in 1 mode as you wish to use the machine.

A bit heavy but I wanted the size and its as good as a desk top but more convenient. Great Dell
