This is a nice laptop. I was hoping it would be a little faster, but it is satisfactory. The speakers are very good as is the display and the back lighted keyboard..

So far this is a great laptop. Haven't had any issues with it. Only wish it was a quad-core instead of dual processor. Especially like the built-in wireless display feature, makes connecting to my smart TV super easy & cable free.

first dell product I bought for my son and it is good I found out it is a gaming laptop also which is a plus as he is a gamer also got it at a great price it also converts to a tablet

I love this computer. I had an HP before but wanted to try the Dell as that's what my husbands company uses. Love it. The keys light up, you can use it like an iPad as well. Easy to use! Battery last for a long time unplugged.

Best but was closest option to see, touch, and take home in same day. The service there is not good. Bunch of kids hanging out with eachother talking with their friend who was visiting them, meanwhile ignoring me for 10 minutes.

It's a great laptop. However, when you first boot it up be sure to update everything or you'll have a bad time. After I updated the drivers everything was fine.

We are a repeat customer. We love Dell computers. They are very reliable and seem to stand up to some less than gentle use by our children. Highly recommend. This is our first 2 in 1 one and I really like it so far.

The price paid was good, considering the sale, but I did have to show the sales person an additional discount on half-price transfer from my old laptop.

I needed a new laptop and was thinking of buying a Mac but I'm a PC kind of guy. This laptop has that very nice grey finish and sleek design like a Mac. The best of both worlds for me, thank you Dell.

If you want a portable laptop then I don't recommend this one. The screen at 17.3 is very large for easy mobility. Otherwise, great laptop.

It's very good. I was think to buy or not as I prefer always brand new not the open box. But it's too good. Unfortunately it's too big for my wife, I am returning this and get smaller one I mean 13 inch one.

For a computer with these specs, it is not worth the purchase. The computer freezes constantly on very basic functions. Start up speed is less than optimal, and the facial recognition is poor. The battery life states it should last longer than what it does. I am more than disappointed with this purchase. I highly advise any customers that are looking at this computer to turn away before it is too late. I only still have the computer because I am a college student and haven't had time to trade it in for a different one. Don't put yourself through the headache I am going through.

It was a great laptop until it wouldn't charge more than 65%. Defective and Best Buy gave me full refund.

I like the laptop the only downside is after being on it for an extended period the screen flickers and as a designer that is very annoying!

I have owned Dell computers for many years. I have never been disappointed. Customer Service is great although I have rarely had to use them. Never had many problems so not much need to call them.

Exceeded expectations. I spent a long time finding my requirements and a matching laptop this met most of them and for the right price

I am experiencing some learning curve stuff, but love the screen and keyboard. I know that I can get assistance at Best Buy when needed.
