1. Run the Network Troubleshooter.
a) Touch and hold or right-click the network icon (Available Networks or Network Icon, located in the lower right-hand corner).
b) Touch or click Troubleshoot problems and then follow the prompts.

The app says November but that is when I got the 1st one. It took 3 to finally figured out the others were crashing because because these and millions of others were defaulting on updates to Microsoft other computers and the internet. This was the default so one had to go deep into updates to find how the computer was getting updates and change it from the default setting to a much safer way which didn't include the internet. By this time I was not allowed to get the Geek squad and 10 months later the keyboard went out. Needless to say I will never buy another Dell.
