I got this machine for a great price, so I needed to buy some accessories with it. It works great! My only complaint is that us it a little larger than I wanted.

Great upgrade from my old laptop. Only complaint is what seems to be lack of control over the OneDrive. Capacity provided is far too small and I don't really need to have the capability. I'm considering uninstalling it. Annual fees to increase storage capacity are not worth it for my uses.

Never actually played around with it, prior to purchasing. Seems a tad slow, considering only on email not even loaded with any software or load to slow it down....

The tablet lets me show my group You Tube videos on how to techniques for Bible Journaling. We can also skpe with members not in attendance, It is working great.

Good computer for the price. Was told that the touch screen could be used for drawing. Sold me a Bamboo stylus that was not compatible with the computer.

Dell laptops are the best! Whether you buy it for personal use or business use, this Dell laptop is top of the line. Fast processor, backlit keys, and touch screen. Large hard drive storage and processing memory. I highly recommend Dell over other brands.

I probably would give it 5 stars, but this didn't have the features my daughter was looking for. Nothing against the computer it was all the associates fault.

Dell seems to have had problems lately with their computers that are more home use than corporate use. This one seems to bridge that gap. Haven't had it long enough give a long term review but so far, everything's great. Always be sure you get the additional memory...

I use my laptop mostly for games and Facebook/E-Mails. Very easy to use and easy to find help if have any questions on how to use. Very satisfied with the programs added at purchase time. Best Buy personnel were very helpful and answered all questions asked.

I had an old laptop for QuickBooks. It was approaching it's useful life and I did not want to lose my accounting into the abyss. So far, so good.

So far it has been a fine laptop, great display and functions fine. Every now and then it will take a bit to react to clicks and load applications.

In the beginning I was quite impressed with the performance my Dell Inspiron 7786 provided. Since June 6, 2019 when I started using the laptop, most every time a Dell Support Assist update was prmpting me to perform, it ended up causing system unresponsive issues. To add insult to the problems I experienced, many Dell Support Services technicians were not up to their knowledge-based benchmark in order to resolve issues that needed to be resolved. Dell isn't what it used to be, and I certainly will NOT invest in another Dell until they get their affairs in order with building better products and providing better technical support with technicians meeting the required knowledge-based support. I never throw my IT background in their face. I just let them make themselves look foolish. I am always respectful with them. It just frustrates me that there is so much ineptitude and poor products made from Dell. The company needs new leadership and better quality control within its organization.

Touch screen okay; performs decent in tablet mode; not as powerful as I'd hoped

I had a Dell for 11 years and was going to go with an apple since I have the apple Ipad and the apple I phone. After researching, I am so glad I went with the new Dell 2-1 Laptop. Very pleased and would highly recommend if your shopping for a new laptop .

Purchased this laptop when my Toshiba died unexpectedly. First Dell I’ve ever owned but I do like it. It’s been at least 6 years since I’ve had to purchase a laptop but this one tells me everything I need to know. I just it lasts another 6 years!

So far I am loving this laptop. It's easy to use, keys are comfortable and mouse is responsive. I have not used it for gaming as it is intended for but it has worked out well for my everyday use at work with multiple tabs and programs running at once.

Bought for my girlfriend and she has been on it daily with no problems with Dell laptop. Mostly on our end using Windows 10 and fitting our apps etc. into the new system. She raves about the lighted keyboard and the speed of downloads and accessing apps.

A little disappointed in the fact there was no dvd slot and when I spoke to salesman I specifically asked for that but otherwise it is good

Overall very happy with this purchase. Husband and I each got one, both open box. Like the touchscreen and bluetooth. Does what I need it to.

This is my first i7 Intel computer. It comes on instantly with fingerprint authentication, has a beautiful bright screen, and I actually use it as a rather large tablet. for the few times i need a dvd recorder/reader, I use a plug in. I love it.
