If i could give a below 1 star i would. We bought this laptop thinking because it has a useless battery that will not let you detach the wall charger. The life on the battery is crap and the customer service from Dell are just as good as the laptop. Dont waste your money on any dell products.

I had an all in one computer prior to this but it was not a laptop. I went with the laptop because of portability. The dell Inspiron had all the bells and whistles I wanted. The salesman was very helpful in listening to me and meeting my needs.

This is may 2nd dell laptop like this. Quality is very high and make them very easy to upgrade, m.2 for Nvme ssd, ram has 2 slots and the 16gb of ram is one stick. Both have large hard drive 2gn dedicated nvidia mx 150. Top notch.

I love this still laptop it's easy to use it has fingerprint as well as face recognition. It's a tu amor and flip it over and make it into a giant tablet screen is touched as well as the keys are backlit. Funniest storage and is very fast!

Great price. My only complaint is that it is a little slow at start up. Once up & running good computer. Great sale price.

Still having a few problems, sometimes security seems to work and at other times I'm blocked, yet can access same info on other devices.

I bought a new Dell 2 in 1 laptop, and am very happy with the product and Geek Squad service I purchased with it. I let my old computer Geek Squad service lapse , but I took it in twice and was very happy with their servce.

I was shopping for a HP Envy 2-n-1 when stumbling across the Dell 17.3 2018 version. I have finally found one PC that can provide every feature needed to be content. I includes the added bonus of top of the line cinematic enhancement.

This laptop is a great purchase for my needs. I bought in the "open box" area of the store -- got a great product at a great value

This is one of the best laptops I've ever owned. Boots up and shuts down quickly and doesn't seem bogged down with a lot of bloatware like a lot of them. Build quality is also very good and seems like it will last.

I had a Dell 17" laptop that was almost 10 years old, so this is a major upgrade. Only negative so far is the lack of a disk drive.

everything about this computer is great..the only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is because I have not had it long enough

So at first the laptop was buggy, but Best Buy helped me fix it and even replaced it with a new one.

This computer has been pretty good. Some of the Dell updates and Windows updates have not played nice together so I've done a factory restore on it a couple of times to get the quirks worked out. It's currently in the process of being reset again to be repurposed for my daughters new school computer while I've picked up a new computer for myself.

I absolutely love this laptop!!! It transitions flawlessly and works beyond what i expected it to. Initially purchased solely for school, this powerful machine works just as good for entertainment.

So far is working fine. Also have an earlier version of this computer that had facial recognition. Camera no longer turns on during boot up to recognize my face. Finger touch recognition hopefully holds up better.

I purchased this laptop because of its features and having had very good luck with previous Dell 17" laptops. 17" laptops are not that easy to find, so I was looking forward to getting this machine home and set up. I had several problems with this laptop and ended up returning it. After unpacking it, I plugged in the AC charger, and it would not charge. I tried a different charger, and even a different outlet (on a different circuit), and it still would not charge. When I turned it on, the laptop went directly to a system analysis screen. It would go through most of the check and then freeze at 1 second left. In addition, the keyboard did not work correctly (press one letter, it would delay about 5 seconds then display 4 to 7 instances of the same character. Also, the touchpad would freeze and the mouse would not move. I returned the laptop the next day. Best Buy staff were excellent when I returned it and exchanged it for a different brand. (HP Envy 17M).

I like working in multiple screens, its more efficient and I can increase the font size which helps me see better

Awesome Dell 17.3 laptop/tablet. I love the security feature of face recognition as well as fingerprint identification. It has a backlit keyboard and an easy flip and go screen to change between laptop and tablet

This laptop had everything I wanted except a DVD drive. It has full HD, i7 processor, ample memory, touchscreen, and backlit keyboard. Large and heavy for a tablet but is quite capable in tablet mode.
