I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new unit. The second unit also had a bad sound card. This time the store replaced the card. It is now working good.

Seems ok but software issue... WEEKS to repair

But there is a software issue, I have only had this computer for less than a month, and the sound quality is horrible. It is extremely fuzzy and cuts in and out. It is impossible to listen to music, watch a movie, or do anything with sound. I went to the store to try to fix it and they told me I had to send it out and it could take WEEKS and it might not even fix the problem. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase before.
