Keep it away from your mobile phones. No DVD drive is also an issue. Other than that, it has a decent amount of processing speed, boots fast, and looks nice.

Below are the steps required to calibrate your Touchscreen.
1. Restart the Computer and the Monitor
2. Recalibrate the touch-screen. Steps to calibrate touch-screen:
3. Go to Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.
4. Under Display tab, select Calibrate.
5. Choose Pen or Touch input.
6. Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen to correct the linearity problems.
7. Save the calibrated data.

I have had the worst experience. This computer has something wrong with it every few months. I've had issues 4 times and have owned it for a year and a half. Last year, I purchased the Total Tech Support. I'll write a separate review for that, as I am also not pleased. I've now spent close to $1500 and this computer still does not work. Dell and Best Buy should stand by their product and should send me a new one. This one is obviously a lemon. VERY VERY UNHAPPY

Could never get the stylus to work with the touch screen. Also the headphone jack did not work. Even Geek Squad members could not get either to work. Returned and bought a different brand.
