I like the big screen. The price was reasonable. Fairly easy to use. I haven't had any problems so far.

Overall this is a great laptop, the processor could be a little faster when tasked with multiple applications but does what I need it to. Having the ability to use it as a tablet is also convenient for when I don’t have a suitable place to set it down. Battery life is great considering the large display. Fingerprint reader ensures my privacy is protected and keeps prying eyes from seeing me type in a password.

My husband got this for me for Christmas. It’s a great laptop and the battery life is amazing. I am an artist/photographer and work with large files but this computer is nice and smooth and no lag.

Love the screen size but having a hard time figuring out the OneDrive thing. I do love the computer tho

The description mentions gaming, but I'd think of this more as a high-end personal laptop than a low-end gaming laptop. The 1TB hard drive is a major plus, especially with how much space Windows 10 takes up these days. It has a sturdy build and good size, but don't expect to be able to chuck it around. I like the placement of the keys because they don't have the little gaps that food and dust can get in. The touchscreen is great, but if you use it a lot you'll have to regularly clean it. The screen bends back all the way, but this is more of a gimmick because the keys are exposed if you want to use it tablet-style. Overall, a high-quality, easy to use laptop with few drawbacks.

Great computer, fast, alot of memory, but it is on the heavy side. Apart from that, I really like it

I had my laptop for a few days when it failed to turn on, let alone boot. I suspect it was a bad battery connector that was intermittent until it completely failed. I returned the unit to Bestbuy .. kudos to BB for not questioning the return .. I replaced the laptop with something similar and all is OK. The replacement is working fine.

I really like the tablet to laptop feature. A laptop with a touch screen is the way to go.

Good audio but big/heavy. Works well for artists/architects. Battery life could be better.

The screen is large enough to see everything and crisp colors. Easy to setup and navigate. I truly enjoy having the Windows 7 screen even though it’s a Window 10.

Been using it for a little over a month and love it. The large screen is terrific and graphics and speed are fabulous. I'm not wild about windows 10 but the computer is fantastic.

I bought 2 of these for my children to use for homeschooling. They both love them. It does a bunch of stuff and is plenty fast for what they do.

The laptop starts up quickly and has plenty of space for documents. I've used this at school and work thanks to its wonderful battery life. It occasionally takes some time to connect to the internet when using a VPN, however that is not always the case.

Got this for home use and to run marine navigation software on. So far it has been great. Easy set up getting started, a little weird not having a CD-ROM but you can find almost everything you need online. Will probably invest in an external drive to load some other older software. Luckily I had all of my nav software already on an external drive. Had some issues getting the USB GPS to work but finally got the right drivers. Love the 17" screen and full number keypad. Page up/page down and arrow buttons could be a little bigger and more prominent for me but getting used to it. So far extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I was looking for a replacement laptop. This was an open box unit. Listed new around $1100. Was able to save more $ by picking up in store and product bundling with cd drive, Outlook 365, etc. Always check the Open Box Ad’s, Definitely worth a look. Saved around $350.00 after everything cleared.

Pretty good laptop. Like it because of the size of the touch screen & easy to use

I have had this laptop for about five months. Three weeks ago it began taking extended time to boot or would fail to boot. When it would boot, the system would freeze. I followed the instructions on Dell's website to re-install the OS. This did not help. I called customer support and spent over an hours on the phone running diagnostics as directed. The phone support technician said the system would have to be sent in for repair. Sent the laptop in, when I got it back service summary said they reinstalled the OS. Big surprise, that did not fix the system. Called support again. The technician just wanted to run the same tests I ran the first time around. When I asked him if they reference prior support tickets when a customer calls he told me the problem has to be with software installed. I reminded him that I had just got the laptop back and didn't even get through Windows setup before the freezing started again. So there I am, not even able to get into Windows and the technician is telling me I need to log into Windows so that I can run the Dell diagnostics. Waste of time, waste of money. We have had problems with the Dell machines at work but I thought it may have been how they are configured not just that Dell inherently has problems. Now I know, Dells have problems and their customer support is only interested in following their phone script.

The computer size is just what i wanted, i like the touch screen and the speed is good but my speakers blew in the first 20 days of purchase. i called the store manager about this as the speakers should not blow that fast i was then told this item has been discontinued and they have no more. i was not told or informed of this when purchasing this computer nor was it listed discontinued item anywhere near the display. This is a huge disappointment as i would not have spent this kind of money for a discontinued computer, most discontinued items are decreased in price for that reason but i paid full price for a discontinued item that i was also told there were many in stock when i made this purchase specifically in case something went wrong with mine. now i find out after the fact all this information . very disappointed.
