I purchase another model by samsung online. When it arrived gthe screen was badly damaged. Took it into the store and they upgraded me to a nicer model. I did not realize the upgraded model did not com with a disk drive, so I needed to purchase a stand alone disk drive. Not enough USB ports.

Love the large screen. Has enough memory for all my pictures.

I was very impress w/ this laptop but the 1st. one I had to returned b/c issues w/ windows operation.(since I like it so much I decided to exchange it & give it another fair chance. After approx.4 days (It was working just fine) then I find out that I was unable to do a back up bc D drive was not connected! after I called Dell Tech I was told that Dell warranty only cover hardware issues only & tell me to buy a warranty. ( the tip of the ice was that their tech support its over seas & was very hard to communicate). So last night I returned it.(By the way, Dell built & install windows on their laptop so they should take full responsibility for their product. Best Buy sales, price, staff & return police it's Great!

I ordered this computer as a Geek Squad certified which meant that the computer was supposed to have been checked out top-to-bottom before being shipped. Once I got it, I booted it up for a look. The computer screen is beautiful and it’s very fast. Downloading my Office apps and other software was seamless. So why the 3*’s? There was a volume controller I had noticed on the screen but hasn’t really focused on at first. Long story short - the keyboard was defective and kept sending the signal to increase the volume. It was stuck at max and couldn’t be controlled. This was something that should have definitely been noticed by the Geek Squad as they were certifying the computer. Back to the drawing board for me.

Would highly recommend. Easy to use, lots of storage.

Love this new computer. Had an older Toshiba laptop that had gotten terribly slow. Sales Rep talked me thru a few different options for my needs and I chose this one. Have had it a couple months and all works great so far. Downfall is it does not have an onboard CD/RW. Had to buy one to attach. But liked the specs on the computer so much decided to give it a whirl. Not disappointed.
