    I love my computer but because I’m not technically savvy, I didn’t know what to look for. I assumed every computer had a place for a disk. I got this large of a screen cause I also wanted to watch DVD’s on it as well as do work, but there’s no place to place the disk.

    Great laptop. Not so great as a tablet; too large. I don't like where the power button is located; close to the volume button and it sticks out more than the power button. For a while, I thought I my laptop wasn't working after one use! No DVD/CD. For me, it's a keeper still!

    This was a huge upgrade from my i3 laptop and the seamless start up and the easy functionality were huge pluses. I wish I had more things to do on it to take advantage of the i7 processor and the 16 GBs of ram but at the price I got this beautiful beast for nothing else would have compared.

    The computer is okay. I was very upset that after just 3 weeks the volume button failed. I've sent it back thru Geek Squad to get repaired at no charge thru Dell. This isn't a problem with Best Buy but with Dell. Best Buy bent over backwards to help me out. My thanks to them
