I like the laptop overall, but one thing I hate is the position of the off/on switch. I keep pressing it accidentally when I grab the laptop. Where was the focus group that should have brought that up? ;-)

Computer is great. Runs smoothly and quickly. Does everything I need it to do. Love the touchscreen feature and the way it turns into a tablet. I also love the backlit keys so when I'm working at night i can have minimal lights on around me.

Love this computer except for the "Dell Support Assist". The Only problem I've had is that it quits working properly. After the 3rd or 4th time with the connect problem, I just deleted it out altogether. Otherwise, I've had it for just over a year and it's been flawless.

This laptop, for the price, should’ve have been equipped with a faster hard and come with an solid state drive. After doing the change of drives at home, there was a significant difference in speed, from boot time to open programs.

REALLY FAST LAPTOP JUST DIDN'T REALIZE IT DIDN'T HAVE A CD/DVD DRIVE AND AN ETHERNET PORT. THE 2 IN 1 IS REALLY COOL BUT ODD THAT THE KEYBOARD IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO COVER IT UP. ALSO THE SPECS DIDN'T SHOW HOW MUCH RAM IT CAN BE UPGRADED TO. STILL GREAT PRODUCT!

Decent laptop, a ton of memory for all your needs. Good processor. The graphics card is garbage, really bad. Not made to play new games or AAA games. The startup is slow and laggy

This laptop is a little bit more combersome then I thought it would be. For a laptop that doesn’t need to be transported a lot it is great. There is lots of memory

I purchased it as an open box item at a very good price. Set up was easy. Display is very crisp and clear. Processor is fast. Very pleased. I recently purchased an external disk drive and a Bluetooth mouse. Connection of both was without hassle.

This laptop has all the specs I require, and it has been fantastic so far. I had two Dell laptops before, then a Lenovo Z710 most recently, and now back to this Dell. Dell construction just seems more robust, better quality. Recommended, 5 stars.

I bought this for personal use for my family of 6. We have 4 kids all needing computing time for homework. Having this much power in a portable laptop format has proven invaluable. It will come in handy when traveling during the school year too.

Love the touchscreen. Sensitive. Beautiful colors. Great for streaming and College student school requirements. Only downside is that it isn't very fast.

This laptop is a wonderful upgrade from my old laptop. It has lots of space on the harddrive, a good graphics card, and it’s easy to use. I cannot wait until I get another photo session so I can give this laptop a true test while I edit photos.

My old laptop is 6 years old, so I needed to replace it. The Dell so far has not disappointed but I'm still getting my music in it. I'm not sold yet on the windows 10 either. ask me later on my opinion.

I purchased this computer for my daughter who is into drawings and Visual Arts in general. She couldn't be more happy with all the features the computer has. Amazing tool and I strongly recommend it. Great value, very happy with it.

I have stayed away from Dell products for so many years because of how bad they were. I am only giving this laptop a chance because my HP Envy 17 got banged up by some Airline I won't name and that a Best Buy employee recommended this laptop because of the similarities. But so far, the 2 terabyte hard drive is one of those cheap Seagate 5400 rpm drives. And the employee forgot to mention that this laptop doesn't come with an optical drive in a 40 watt range standard with phased plasma rifle. I would only recommend this for students and work.

Wow! This laptop does everything. Great for my self employed business and the color and clarity is perfect. So many things about this laptop that make this a great buy. Size, the processor, camera. Great buy overall

The computer itself is really good, the only thing I dislike is the placement of the power button on the side. However, 17 inch screen seems just alittle to large for the tablet feature.

Easy setup, great customer in-store customer service. Sales person really made it easy to make my decision to go with Dell 17 7000. Only thing is I wish it had an on board CDDVD drive and more usb inputs. Otherwise, very pleased.

Purchased as an open box purchase. Was uncomfortable at first. The incorrect power cord was included but Best Buy stood behind the product and immediately provided the correct cord. No disappointments of any kind.

Very fast and lots of memory. Its a 2 in one . Ive flipped it in tablet mode a few times. The 17 in screen is great in laprop mode but a little cumbersome in tablet mode.
