Would like SSD, but that was extra. I needed the 17 inch touch screen monitor. Wanted i7 gen 8. Reason for 4 stars is have not put it through paces to compare with my old HP.

This dell laptop has a great screen and great speed. The keyboard takes a little time to get used to. It did not come with too much junk sofware which I greatly appreciated.

Screen size is great and love that the number keypad is on the keyboard to the right. However, the laptop is slower than I would like.

This is the first laptop computer that I have owned. I am still learning how to use some of the programs on it, but am enjoying it. I love the flexibility of doing computer work in any place in the house.

Great storage, super fast and a nice big screen. Can also be used as a tablet which is really great. Only negative is that it is somewhat heavy, but I really like all the features and versatility.

I use this computer as my home lab top for my business. As I use log me in do I just need a lab top with large screen ad powerful enough for me to work on quick book. Very reliable lab top

I went to Best Buy looking for a laptop for school and was proud the sales associate pointed me in the right direction. This laptop is fantastic and has excellent graphics for my Adobe suite.

The graphics are pretty good quality, and processor speed is satisfactory. I like the tablet feature, but i think it would work better with a smaller screen.

This is an excellent first laptop computer. Very easy to set up with the built in cortana feature.Plenty of programs to use without the need to purchase separate ones for full utilization of the computer.

Love the new Dell...I've been using HP Laptops for the past few years, but this new Dell is awesome, fast, and the battery time is twice what the last HP would do! Photos are incredible on this display.

The Dell laptop has replaced a very old Sony. Has taken some getting use to, but is working quite well. It is helping me accomplish my writing which is the purpose for me making this purchase.

Great laptop and very durable. Have owned it for two years and it works great. My only complaint is no cd/dvd drive. Laptop too expensive not to have 1.

I bought this laptop on April 30. Didn’t really get to use it much until I took it to my business trip on May 7. Ever since I started syncing my dropbox, the computer was just extremely extremely slow and I just thought it was due to syncing the dropbox. But even after days, the dropbox would not complete its syncing and I just decided to pause syncing. I couldn’t even dare to think about returning as I thought a new computer for which I paid $1200+ cannot be bad and that it will get better. But even after pausing the dropbox syncing, it was extremely slow and I just happened to show it to my husband, who took a quick look at the computer and said that we need to return it right away. It was taking minutes to open one jpeg image and to open anything else. We went into Best Buy on May 25 hoping they can accept it as a return or exchange it for a different computer that actually works. They said they can only do a factory reset and if it still doesn’t work, we would have to go through Dell. And we knew from our past experiences, Dell wouldn’t really do much more than another factory reset. The hard disk was showing as 100% full and we know from past experiences that this will not get fixed. They can do the factory resets as many times as they want but it won’t get fixed.

Good screen size. Computer is nothing special. Facial recognition difficult to set up. It is easier to use password.

Great 2 in 1 so far only been using for a week but already customised it and have had abaoulty no problems. It loads fast and works just as it is meant to.

I purchased this laptop for my parents. The 17” display with its high resolution is perfect for them. With the Intel i7 and MX150 chip, I sometime borrow it for my video editing.

Read nothing but great reviews about this computer so I wanted to try it out for myself and I’m loving it great graphic performance and battery

Either as a tablet or a laptop this thing has the power to get the job done. Fast processing time, lightweight, easy keyboard to use for my big hands. Very satisfied with this purchase.

After the last two "other brand" laptops ended up with a cracked screen case, I switched to a Dell laptop. I'm impressed with how much better built it is over my prior brand.
