Upon load up it was very slow, to be expected, but I mean, VERY slow! I thought new computers were supposed to be fast? Well this one isn't. The worst part about it all? THE SCREEN WON'T STOP FLICKERING / FLASHING BLACK! Every time I load a page (like this one!) or am casually searching the web or watching a video on how to fix this problem! I had to watch the video on my phone it was that bad. Is this a Windows 10 problem or the Dell? It freezes on videos(Youtube, etc), and I have VERY fast wifi. I researched for hours for the best laptop that I could download programs on and wanted a second computer. I was ecstatic to find this computer that seemed as if it had ALL the latest bells and whistles. My other FAVORITE laptop is a ASUS chromebook flip c302. That computer is FAST, and also hard to compete with, now I know. This Dell has made me never want to purchase another Dell again, or a Windows pc for that matter! I will be returning this and search for a new laptop that can download programs, I don't want to spend on an Apple, but that's where its going if I have to go through this again. DO NOT BUY THIS PC, none of the reviews mentioned anything bad about this computer, not sure why, IT'S TERRIBLE.

If you'd like to see if your computer can run faster for you we'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter by following these steps:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
