I have been very satisfied with this purchase. Touch screen is a great bonus. The power button is not in a good place...I shut if off accidentally when trying to move it.

Great bigger computer if you really need a bigger screen. Because it is bigger and heavier than my 15 inch Dell , I am not using it as much. It has less portability to carry it around too. Great product

Overall the computer is great and it does everything I could ask it to. My only complaint is that the computer runs hot and the only time the fans kick on is when the computer reaches very high temperatures

Overall I am quite happy with my purchase, the few questions I have had were promptly resolved by Dell and set up was straight forward. The one thing I probably should note, and I just didn't even think to check is that this laptop is strictly Wi-Fi only, there is no direct cable connection to your modem so while I do have a fast Wi-Fi modem at home, it is certainly not nearly as fast as my Gigabit Cable connection. Also very limited USB ports, I was concentrating on the HDD & RAM of the system and just didn't take note of the lack of connectivity. So something to consider. Other than that, the system is fast and plenty of laptop for my purposes. I do plan to upgrade the OS to W10 Pro to improve the system networking abilities and eventually bring the RAM up to the 32 GB the unit can handle.

I bought this laptop for my kids school and gaming needs. Pretty happy with how fast it is and graphics. Last time I bought a laptop was 6 yrs ago so this one looks and performs amazing

This laptop functions great and is very easy to use. The touch screen 8s exact and not a general area which is great. The tablet function is wonderful because the keyboard acts as a base to hold tablet at the perfect angle you desire.

This computer is far more execeptionl than i imagine. My music recording program works awesome, the touch screen is amazing although i barely use, and the quality and responging time of the computer is quick and very easy to use.

Laptop is very easy to use. Like that the keys light up when the computer is on. Also if you have it on, it shuts off if you are not using it. Very Happy with this Dell purchase

Bought this laptop as an Open Box as my 8 year old one was just not performing as well as I wanted. Working well and like the clear screen making videos look great. First touch screen so learning to be careful.

This laptop is everything anyone could want in a laptop personal computer it's very fast. Definitely plays computer games very well. The only thing could make it better is a better graphics card

Love my new laptop - does everything I need and more

This computer, having separate display processor leaves main processor free to rapidly handle the tasks assigned to it. The hinges are double jointed making it capable of setting up as an inverted V, or an L making it useful with my wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. The display is bright, well focused, and clear. The only thing this computer is missing is a DVD disk drive. This is not a tablet or a pad. It is a computer. It needs a DVD drive. It is also low on USB ports with only two. Other than these two things, it seems to have all that one would expect in a laptop computer.

This laptop is great. Provides a lot of flexibility to function as a computer and a laptop combined. Great speed, good functionality and ability to handle multiple tasks and functions.

We are using the laptop for video editing on the go and it is working wonderfully. The large screen and feel of the computer are great

Good computer. Giant screen helps to get everything you need on the screen. Well made like most Dell products. Screen does not work with stylus.

This laptop pc easy to use and very fast. It has all the bells and whistles but perhaps the feature I like the best is the lighted keyboard. I would highly recommend this product.

This is a replacement for my Toshiba satalite laptop. It is very fast. Didn't like the fact that it comes with no internal cd/dvd reader.
