well I originally was seeking a touch screen but if you break it you will pay a lot to fix it. I think its better to get this computer non touch screen 1 less thing to worry about. plus who wants to keep sitting forward and reaching all the way up just to touch a screen? sounds cool but in reality it isn't worth the extra money unless your rich. and I am not one of those people. if you don't make like 50k a year or more buy this computer or something cheaper,remember bills come first!

The software takes some getting used to but the monitor is nice and so far the system works great.

My previous computer was an Emachines 2001 desktop computer. It recently stopped working so I bought the Dell all in one computer. I like the style and wireless access. Unfortunately it lags a bit and responds to my commands a few seconds later (10 seconds to open chrome) my internet access isn't the problem. Neither best buy nor Microsoft in my opinion. Despite the lag and slow speed at times of loading the startup, I still recommended this all in one computer.

I've had nothing but trouble with this computer since I first bought it and I've spent months dealing with Dell tech support and it still doesn't work properly. It struggles with connecting to my router via wifi, it sometimes says there's no internet at all (although my roommates computer says there is) and it can't even find my 5G router. At first, it couldn't play DVDs and now it plays them at a very low quality. It frequently crashes, shuts itself down, and freezes even when I only have one program running. You can't even watch youtube videos at full screen. I'll try working in Photoshop or Illustrator and it crashes, loosing my projects entirely. Basically all this computer is good for is browsing the internet, and sometimes it can't even do that.

The all-in-one feature is great for saving space. Computer works great for the things we use it for--web browsing; Microsoft Office products; playing DVD's.

Out of the box the computer didn't have the best speed. My main problem with this computer is that every single day it disconnects from the wifi and in order to get it to work again I have to restart the computer. I thought it was my wifi at first and I switched to multiple providers later to find out I wasted my time and money. Best Buy did not want to return it or exchange it. So I am stuck with a computer that works 50% of the the time. I will be cancelling my Best Buy visa and will never shop at Best Buy again.

Very easy to set up and then use. Love the space savings.

The biggest waste of money. Thought for the price I paid Id get a great computer. Within 6 months I had it cleaned and checked 2x it's soooooooo incredibly slow. At first I blamed it on not knowing how to use it therefore and I had to get the hang of its function. It's the biggest pile of junk I've bought yet. Never again will I buy a Dell. Customer service was absolutely awful, they wouldn't help me at all.
