This computer has worked wonderfully right out of the box. I have not used the facial recognition system and my only complaint is that the boot up process takes awhile. I am not sure whether that is due to the amount of software it loads or the processor being a little slow. We solved the problem by leaving the system on and using sleep mode rather than turning it off.

The big screen compliments a computer system that is easy to use for someone that is only moderately skilled.

The computer is very nice. The screen is nice and bright. The problem is me. I am 78 years old and i am not computer savy. I am sooooo used to windows 7. I find windows 10 to be tough finding anything. Again, i am 78 years old.

My computer died and I had to get a new one ASAP. For the price this ain't bad. My advice is to get McAfee off as soon as possible as it is a system suck up. Best Buy gave me Kaspersky for 4 months. You can get an additional month if you don't mind the nag screen, but Kaspersky seems to work faster once registered. Microsoft Edge is a little glitchy, so download another browser in case of a system fail. Also disable auto correct and the typo's will disappear. Sometimes Edge won't close a window and this slows down the system to a turtle pace. Press control, alt, delete, go to task manager and shut down Edge. The computer is glitchy in sleep mode also, so just don't put it to sleep. If you just want to browse the net or use social media, this is a fairly good computer.

I got this computer for my parents as a birthday present. They needed a computer to check email, browse the web, and for chatting with their friends and families. This delivered all of the above, and then some! It's very fast and 'snappy', no lag when starting any of the applications. The Windows 10 OS is very easy to navigate through as well. I highly recommend this product to those who are looking for a computer for everyday basic needs.

Old HP CPU's motor went out in the midst of husbands college - had to have a replacement on the wknd. To get all we needed plus a little more - we went with the Dell - having all the same inner workings. This new all in one is amazing: 10 min set up, takes up no space as the CPU is internal within the screen, straightforward ease - the built-in speakers have amazing sound! Dell is right up there!

Easiest computer I ever set up. Fast and plenty of room plus I love the big screen.

I purchased a new DELL home computer since the Geek squad said my computer's hard drive was toast. They were able to transfer my files from my old computer before it died completely, which helped soften the blow.

Love the computer - a little slow - but very compact

I bought this computer as a gift to myself and I absolutely love it! Easy set up and easy to use! I love the graphics and the screen size and wireless mouse and keyboard allows me to work easily without sitting right up on the computer! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is shopping for an All In One Computer.

Graphics are amazing, and windows 10 is a good fit for everybody.. But cannot get all my games to load. Geek Squad was no help, haven't had time to call them again, for another two hr session, will try email I guess.

Easy set up. Fast. Good graphics.The only complain I have is that they didn't offer me extend warranty.

This computer is sleek looking and works really great. It's great for an office and has a nice beautiful display. I really like the simplicity of it and the design. Consider this if you need something simple and easy to use.

takes a long time to delete pictures, have to do one at a time, on my windows 7 computer I could delete all the photos with one click
