I love my new computer. It has so many fun features that my old Dell computer didn't have. I did have a friend hook it up with my printers and move information from my previous computer. He didn't have any problems at all.

I was very apprehensive about puryan all in one computer but I love it! Easy set up, one cord, works well and looks good!

I bought this computer because of its window 10 system, 12G memory and 6th generation icore5 cpu .However, I have experienced some problems. First, when I turn it on, there is a sharp, high-pitch sound. The sound lasts just 1second and then is gone. Second, if you go control panel,you may notice there is a selection icon "backup to restore(windows 7)".Therefore, I suspect that the system upgraded from windows 7. It 's not real windows10.Third, the Wi-Fi drops very often but my laptop works well in the same time period. The network adapter (wireless AC) may not be compatible with wireless-N router. Fourth, there are two 3.0 usb ports. but you cannot tell which two are 3.0 because no labels or signs are for that.Finally I figure out the two ports on the side are 3.0. Fifth, I don't feel this computer is running fast than my old laptop(I bought it 5 years ago). I give 2 stars at this time but may upgrade it later if some of issues can be solved. I still recommend this one due to its lower price (icore5, 12g, 24''screen, dvd/w) and free software

Have had this computer for about a month and am absolutely loving it! Very quick, user friendly, and great resolution!

The monitor is nice and large and clear. Just what I needed for school. Good for all around easy to use computer.

After a careful search through online sources, I arrived at this computer as the one I was going to purchase. Best Buy had a great price (saved $100) so I went ahead and bought it. I have been quite pleased with the computer. Great display, fast enough for all I want. I can easily recommend this all-in-one to anyone interest in a small footprint with good performance.

This was an open box purchase, so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my problems with slowness. I like that it is an all-in-one. The monitor is a good size. I was thinking of getting a cheaper computer but it had an AMD processor and less RAM. I would have really been in trouble had I got it. Considering that, I'm happy with my PC.

Have had it almost a year now. Went to this from a Dell laptop that I never carried around - used it as a desktop PC really. So when time came to replace it, I saw this All-in-one desktop, checked it out and saw it had great reviews. Have found it to be a great Computer. Fast and reliable. Like the huge touchscreen. Only bad was the cheap keyboard and mouse that came with it, but I bought new ones with more features so not a problem.

Good screen size and I like the wireless mouse and keyboard. Was disappointed that a media driver was NOT installed considering that I specifically bought a computer with a disk reader. I am also disappointed that Microsoft Edge does not work well with facebook--it locks up repeatedly--and I had to install Google Chrome to be able to use facebook.
