||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this computer. Easy to set up, fits my desk nicely, and the keyboard and mouse are good ones. The CD drive is a disaster though. Would not work right from the beginning and then just stopped working. Thankfully, Dell is on it and replacing the entire computer since it is brand new. Hope the new one doesn't fail too. That will be a real disappointment. But the computer itself is terrific!!

It would have been very helpful if I had known that before I started looking in the box and packing materials for them. My brother bought the same computer after I bought mine and I was able to save him the frustration of looking for the screws. Something so small gave rise to much frustration for me before I ever got to turn the computer on. Other than that part, I love my new computer M

Disappointed in that computer freezes up too often
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed in that the computer is constantly freezing up, and also there are constant errors in the browser that cause a screen to pop up and announce an error, and then the browser closes. When the computer works it seems to be OK, but all the freezing of the screen and closing of pages is a huge waste of time. My old computer which was a Sony with Windows Vista worked about the same if that gives you any idea of what I am putting up with.
