I ended up selecting this laptop due to the fact that it had a HDMI input and had the best specs on paper for the store I was at. During the setup I realized that the included mouse and keyboard were of low quality. So low that the keyboard did not work out of the box. I called Dell support to see if there was a switch or setting needed to activate the keyboard but after 30 minutes on hold with the support rep they concluded that the keyboard in fact was defective. Instead of waiting for a new keyboard to arrive or buying one out of pocket I just returned to computer. Overall it's disappointing to spend good money only to receive defective products right out of the box. This is the second time I received defective products from Dell and now I've learned my lesson.

Good design with collapsing stand, although I rarely use it except upright. Slow start up, but fast once running. Have had best luck with Dell not failing over time. 23" is a good size for touch. Newer model with this stand is only an i5. Happy with purchase.

Excellent computer, big screen with touch or key functions!

Only complaint so far is it takes too long to start up.

Old Toshiba laptop was on its deathbed. Took my time, did some research online, and found this All-In-One by Dell. It's above average on pretty much everything: 1TB hard drive - 23.8" touch screen - 12GB memory - Intel i5 processor - all on sale.

Great compact 24 inch display, adjustable height/angle display, plenty of memory with 12 gig RAM, 1 tb harddrive. Keyboard is compact with great tactile input. Replaces a Dell 1st gen i7 processor, performance seems comparable. Great service with Dell.

I was looking for an all in one to reduce the footprint on my desktop. The Dell really did the trick. The "monitor" is much larger than my previous one , but with no tower to contend with I have a lot more room. The speed and reliability is great. Setup was more simple than setting up one with a tower. Glad I bought it!

I thought the computer would be faster than it is. For the rest I like it because it is an all in one computer loaded with a lot of stuff. Maybe that's why it is a little slow. Also now all my equipment is wireless and I like that a lot.

Large monitor. It took 4 hours to setup. You would think they would make it easier to setup by now. By the time you personalize setting, download updates, register the computer, setup the internet, and install software, 4 hours has past.

I had been looking for a while for a computer system. a touch screen this size and touch is the best. I love the speed of this system. I would look to purchase three to five more for my children, grandkids and my office. maybe two more for the job site. would love to replace the four at church also with these

This was a gift to a friend out of state. She made the selection at her Best Buy and I was able to purchase it online and have it ready for her to pick up within a reasonable time period. She is happy with the new computer, and I am happy I could facilitate the purchase from Ohio.

A top shelf first class computer. Only problem I had was putting the screen on the stand. A pain in the behind but very happy with my purchase. Has a DVD player as well which is important to me. Who wants to hook up an external one but a dunce. Screen clarity amazing.
