Not great

About 6 months in, the computer won't sleep, screen won't ever sleep. Computer runs non stop. Very annoying. Dell couldn't fix, sent us to Microsoft. Microsoft had to down grade part of the operating system, video card etc... cause dell puts windows etc that won't run properly on certain. Platforms. She spent hours on the phone for a temporary fix. Wouldn't replace the computer. It still does it every few months and I have to make it do systems checks to repair it over and over again. Thx dell and best buy for selling this product. Not cool
