There are a lot of great features in this computer!

So far it is working slow and has to be "refreshed" a lot. I was told at Best Buy that it will eventually "correct itself ". Don't know if that is true as I am not a computer expert.

So far so good. Dell is good as usual. Had issues with wireless keyboard and mouse that were bundled with the Inspiron, but the Geek Squad fixed me up with new ones in a few minutes.

Bought this computer a little over a month ago and its been in in the geek squad shop a lot. I do not recommended this computer. Wish I could return it but its past the 15 days.

Multiple malfunctions from the start. Finally declared a lemon by the geek squad and store manager. Exchanged for another brand.

All works well except the fact that the video card seems to cause a minor glitch. Web pages reload on their own often. Not as fast as I thought it would be.

The first one I brought home didn't work, the hard drive was busted which was determined after 2 hours spent with tech support. After returing to Best Buy, took home the second. So many minor glitches. Just does not run great. I've had an Acer laptop for 5 years that still has less issue; unfortunately, did not have enough RAM. I would not recommend. Dude, don't get a Dell!

only problem is it has issues connecting to wifi, It may be an internal issue, just has not been resolved.

Paid for Geek Squad. Computer has a driver problem that no one can seem to solve

overall its a good computer. and I hope it last as long as my old one. 15 years.

I have used this computer for almost three years and have not had any major issues. I really like the size of it and the nice picture it delivers. Love that it is a all-in-one computer.

We have had nothing but trouble with this computer. We got it around the 8th of March and have had it back to the store twice and had a tech here once and need to take it into the repair shop again on Monday. We have talked on line with a tech and that cost us $125.00. We found out it was full of virus's even though we supposedly have an anti virus on it. We had a Dell before that we liked but we will never have another one!!!! Hopefully we can get this fixed so we can use it because after spending over $1000.00 on this one we cant afford another one!!!!!! I am sure this review will never be posted but now you know how we feel about it and Best Buy!!!!

Bad choice for a computer 2 Best Buy Employees suggested this computer to me & said how great it was I suspect this could be a refurbished computer resold as new Very Slow and it sticks when you try viewing web sites This computer is a poor choice for many reasons

We bought this inspected open box computer and were disappointed when we got it home and it was missing the dongle rendering it useless. Best buy stepped up and immediately replaced the wireless mouse and keyboard at no cost! Went home to complete the set up on the computer and got an error code right away. Took it to the Geek Squad and they weren't sure it could be fixed easily so they offered us a refund which we applied to the purchase of an HP which we love!!

I bought this in November 2016 Dell would periodically send notices to my computer that I needed to install updates. While my computer was updating, it froze. My only choice was to turn it off. Now it turns on and off in a loop. I called DELL and they think it is the motherboard. Of course, I am out of warranty and have to pay to have my computer fixed. I will buy an HP instead. Computers should last much longer than 14 months.

hard to operate all kinds of problems with hardware and soft ware. Had talked to geek squad 4 times and they worked on it problem fixed for a few days. Also talked to Dell problem fixed for a few days then going back to same problems. Needs to be replaced Also was told by Best buy geek squad would come out and fix it, (Wrong) They won't come out
